My weightloss journey 2020 | I speak about 3 things I didn’t do this week that affected my emotions 

This week I speak about 3 things I didn’t do this week that affected my emotions and energy.
I won’t lie. This week was hard. I doubted myself so many times, and wanted to quit. My energy was not there, but I pushed through and made it until the end of the week.
The workouts this week continued to be intense. We are doing 2 workout at day and somedays 1. I will keep you posted on how do i do for this week. Hopefully, i will survive.
I stepped into the scale!!!!
According to the scale, i have lost a total of 15lbs since May 17. I don’t want to get excited, but i let you be the judge and take a look at my progress picture of this week. I am comparing May 17 and June 10 pictures.
Im not losing weight just to look good, i am losing weight because it helps me connect with my inner self, relieve my anxiety and stay healthy. Why do you workout?
