**My weight loss result's on Slimming World's Fast Forward** 

Hey All,
I hope you enjoy this video. It really does all point to sticking with Extra Easy, or Extra Easy SP. Yes it's a good loss, but it is HARD! It's really helped me mentally, but as the video states, it's a last resort. Try everything else first, then if you haven't lost LONG term, then maybe talk to your consultant. He or she are the experts, they'll know if it's the right tool for you.
It isn't appropriate to share the plan in detail, or include what I ate every day, that leaves it open to being copied. I work for Slimming World, therefore my aim is to protect them always. You can see some of what I ate on my Instagram as an example.
