My car struggles this year have been relentless! I feel like I am calling tow trucks every other week… somehow my neighbor and I will mend this! 👨🏻‍🔧🔧

I realized that a few years ago… this grind never gets easier. Hopefully I find a way to break out of the pay check to pay check life. I can imagine a few ways how I can make it happen. You know my attitude… I ain’t gonna quit 💰

Ouch! I told you awhile back during the pandemic Firestone didn’t torque my wheel after a tire replacement . Tire almost came off on the highway at 80mph . When I stopped to look at the wheel ( I could see the tire moving in and out in my side mirror ) one lug was completely sheered off and two of the nuts fell off when I touched them . Cost Firestone ( after a LONG continues battle) 6k to replace the whole axle hub on my Jaguar .

6 grand is outside my budget… 😔 I hope the hub for the Fit is more affordable.

I am super thankful that I have the Tracker right now. She’s running beautifully… I love driving it as much as the Fit. The Tracker is a unique experience to rev out & whip around.

Oh shite. That sux. Thosestuds are just press fit in. All you have to do is take the brake drum off and use a BFH (big fuggin' hammer) and pound them out. Should be clearance from the flange to the backing plate of the brake but if not there is usually a slot on the backing plate that you can line up that the lug will come out through. IF not, then you have to take the backing plate off. Then just buy new lug studs and slide em in, tighten with an acorn nut to pull the knurled end in into the flange and voila. Done. Except the wheel, but the junkyard should have those for 20-40 bucks. Good Luck Grove.

Paid $65 for the used wheel, $79 for a full wheel hub with lug studs included. The video will be out at 11am your time 🤜🏼🤛🏼🏁

Its starting to seem that way Blaze. Its some f’n bulls*it 😂. Let’s all keep in mind that I totally brought this upon myself when I decided to start filming my beater car struggles. When the Sequoia broke I could’ve tried to fix it, but ended up on the path we walk now… endless car problems. That Sequoia was a damn saint 😇🙏🏼

@@GroveStreetRacing5 before I got the 2006 Taurus I own now, I would go through a new vehicle every year or two. It seemed no matter what I bought, something would break down within a couple years. I've had this Taurus for almost 7 years and other than a starter and alternator, haven't had any issues. 🤞
