Never saw it anywhere else, not even in Gran Turismo or Forza games, so I always thought it was a pretty obscure car lol. I know of the Bricklin SV-1 because I was a car head in high school. But, somebody in my town was actually selling one and my Dad turned his head and looked at it and said what it was. Very interesting car, but had a DeLorean-like production and story behind it. Never, ever, ever buy one unless you have about a million dollars to spend on it.

Oh this is a good one. Rutger Hauer's speech in the hospital felt very much like a goodbye. Roy Batty's Tears in Rain speech was about the things he had seen and experienced, things that were worth living for. Hobo's speech is that of an old man who knows his time is short and the world is cruel. PS: The guy who plays the leader is Stanley Tweedle from Lexx. EDIT: Typo.

Hobo with a Shotgun started out as a spoof movie trailer in the Robert Rodriguez/ Quentin Tarantino movie Grindhouse. So many people wanted to see it as an actual movie it ended up getting made, though it was written by John Davies & directed by Jason Eisener.

They make somewhat clear that something is wrong with the town itself, and it seems tied to Abby in a way coz once she flatlines everything goes to s$$$ and beyond that I dunno what's going on! Rutger Hauer is such an iconic actor. The dude is a national treasure here in The Netherlands. I always felt he could do a lot better than this, but maybe he thought it was fun?

From what I remember of the rumours surrounding him at the time. He had a lot of substance issues that deep sixed his career for long periods of time. Although he was often in commercials (including Guinness). It was only in later life that he managed to deal with them, by that time though, his health was not good. When he died he was mid 70's

I remember this being at my local cinema in England While I didn't see it because I was only 15 & it was a hard 18 I do remember looking at the poster & thinking woah that looks cool It came out the same week as the last Harry Potter & Woody Allens Midnight in Paris So of course no one paid attention to that When I finally saw it on an independent channel called Movies4Men many many years later, I thought wow this is fucking disgusting But in a so bad its good way I loved it

When I first saw that, I wanted to see some sort of TPB cross-over (at least have the movie take place in the same universe as the killer tire movie "Rubber").

Jason Eisener actually won a contest for making a spec fake trailer to be shown with the rest of Rodriguez-Tarantino Grindhouse in 2007, so this project as a whole is very much related to that franchise.

I was cracking up that it's a Trailer Park Boys actor crossover.. Rob Wells (Ricky) gets decapitated early on and then the henchmen on the right on the roof at 6:46 is Sam Tarasco (Sam Lasko, that greasy caveman).
