Great video. We moved from Missouri to Texas, and one thing I really need builders to do is build on larger lots. The homes are beautiful, but the space feels like a plot and not a lot.
Thank you! We have a few communities that build wider than this. It’s not the norm though. It’s a way these developers get as many homes as possible is by limiting the width to 55’ and under. But we’ve got a few wide option communities for sure
My builder told me the code changed because many kids were getting burnt when pulling the cord of crockpots and electric cookers that was on the Island. As far as the board and batten wall, my husband did our entryway, fireplace wall, and dining room. It’s very inexpensive and not too labor intensive. I wish I could insert pics

All beautiful homes in there prospective lot sizes but im a big fan of the wet room concept it makes the bathroom look compact and neat in my opinion money well spent it anyone chooses this upgrade...As far as the backyards if you want a pool you can always get an estimate on a plunge pool if your HOA will accept that...Anyways always love getting a woman's perspective on homes and thanks for the tours...
