Hi Emily , I like your blog , however I did find a typo in reference to your age. That age stated can not be correct , but it truly does not matter. WoW , did I enjoy reading your blog , Yeah !!! , like a ton ❤️ Going back to Disney , gee I am so sorry you have to make that trip , LOL 😀 After reading your blog , I understand exactly how courageous you are and have been. When I would watch you videos and you would say “ this is amazing Emily , and if you just keep telling yourself that you will be amazing too” . There is so much in that one statement , honesty , courage , love of oneself , the completeness of self. I have always hoped for such inner strength as you , you truly are a Practitioner of Mindfulness. 👍 I never knew I was , until my therapist gave me some paperwork on the subject , and when I got home I read them , and thought “what is this junk” it was a snippet here / a snippet there , so I went to the library and took out a book on Mindfulness , and I got about a quarter of the way through and thought , wait I have been doing this for a very long time , and to myself I said you have been doing all this and more. I know you love Star Wars as much as I , and to think back to “The Empire Strikes Back” and the whole training of Luke by Yoda , it was all completely clear. George Lucas based that whole training of the 5 senses of mindfulness , it all came together. You have that very same courage , although we can not move or levitate objects , we can fine tune our senses to be very mindful of our surroundings , so I guess I really need to say , “the force is with you young Jedi “ 😉 I really dig your room , and that comforter is very cool , now I know way you love Disney 💝 OK , I did not set out to make you read all night , sorry , Hair = GR8 / operation = Super , you honestly look fantastic , to be truthful , I thought why , she looks great already , but now I understand . Great is not Fantastic , you are now.🎉 So happy to see you back to your young self , you seem so at peace , you continue to bring hope and inspiration to us all , I thank you , doing the whole workshop thing boosted your personal confidence level to whole new level , I really hope I can attend the next one , we`ll see.
