Well said! I had to stop myself from going squirrel every time someone is doing well losing weight on another program. WW works as long as you work the program. 😀

I work in a supplement store and constantly tell customers that weight loss supplements don’t really work for most people, and they should talk to a physician or dietitian and really focus on those recommended lifestyle changes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also have nutrition education but would never share it with a customer, it’s not my place. I definitely understand your point though!

The phrases "cheat meal" "Treat meal" is so prevalent on the weight watchers forum, it drives me insane. I don't say those. I may say oh I had a high point day because I did, but then I just track and move on. I'm not living my life meal by meal, I'm living my life as a whole picture.

🙌 Yes! I’m definitely not a fan of those! Anything that makes certain foods taboo is dangerous for me.

@@kmtruesdell I remember somebody posting something about using their cheat points. I'm like what the heck is the cheat point?

This was an awesome video! I’m totally on the same page about all the falsehoods and gimmicks with regards to weight loss. Truly motivational 👍🏾. RU-vidrs normally celebrate milestones with a giveaway 🤷🏽‍♀️. Either way congratulations 🎊🍾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Thank you for sharing. What are your thoughts on fasting? I fast for 15 hours and I feel it's helped me in my food control. I eat for 9 hours a day but I will work my way up to 16. If you can share your thoughts it would be helpful.

For me , fasting just doesn’t work. I really struggle with the hunger and typically overeat once I break the fast. It also felt hard to balance workouts so I had the right energy but was adhering to the fasting window. I also don’t think the research is there to make it worthwhile for me to try harder. Much of the evidence I’ve seen is anecdotal or based on men, and it doesn’t factor in women’s hormonal fluctuations. Every body is different and different things work.
