Most people don’t live long enough to finish those projects. Seeing your shop build one in 3 days leads me to believe it might just happen. You’re saving a lot of classics from the scrap yard and I know you couldn’t have done it without Dickie but Kudos to you. 🇺🇸🦅
I hope he keeps doing faster with Finnegan. Him and Finn mesh really well together. You could tell when Finnegan announced it, he was both happy that Newbern was going to spend more time with his family, but not thrilled they weren't going to work as much together.
and what I mean by keeps doing faster with finnegan, is after this year is up and the season is done I hope he continues. I know he is in it for the rest of this season. He has been an amazing addition to Motortrend
Great to see you are still on RU-vid, you are getting your projects done, and spending more time with your family. Awesome Content!!! Keep up the great work.
David - keep the content coming buddy - would love to see long videos and full projects. It's a good idea to get the shop set up first tho. Looking forward to watching your channel!
Dude! Your yard looks like mine! I'll have to live to be 150 to finish the projects I have. If I have money, I don't have time, and if I have time...well you know the rest.
Love me some old chevys.i started working on um with my brother when I was 15 back in 1975 .still working on old chevys ,presently I have 1967 c 10 6.0 ls 4l60E patna short box stepside and it's the badessed chevy I've owned. It rips. Lol God bless yall real good.
Great to see another video brother. It is so nice to have your own shop and storage. You do need a Rode wireless mic. Then perfect sound. Looking orward to more content and another sub that I enjoy watching.
I definitely liked you and Finnegan together but im glad to see you doing your own thing. Family is more important than anything! Very happy to see all the progress and all the great content to come. Keep up the solid work can't wait to all that quality work you do.🙏🙏🙏
Be cool to see the K5 on its guts with a small tub for some wide 315s on the back.. Car enthusiasts problem- To build a workshop big enough for all the future projects. Thanks for the mini shop tour! It's coming along nicely.
I have had a long standing love for the 1950 Ford F1 Pu.... so I really want to see that 49 of yours put back together.... I would really love to have a flathead V8 in one.
Must have been hard to trade that yellow 57, even with all the other tri five cars you own. Hope a few more of the cars from dickies follow you home if not gone forever.
right hand drives are a lot of fun untill you have to pass the guy in front then it get scary because half your car is in the other lane before you have a clear line of sight
Hi David newborn I am glad to be watching you on your own channel have watched you with Mike Finnegan for a while and glad to be able to see us grow together as far as the Channels goes looks like you are growing much faster than me good luck
Make that mail truck a drag car, stretch it alittle and put a blower in it , or fix up that road kill mini truck for next year's drag week or even sick week ,both will be light and could be fast
That top kick is awesome! A duramax swap in that would be cool but either way just seeing that on the road would be awesome. Looking forward to seeing your future content.
You have fine taste in trucks! I have owned 2 mail jeeps, both AMC sixes. I currently have a 92 Topkick, 366/AT545. I have previously owned 2 1968 c-10s. I like what you have going on there! Don't follow the crowds and leave that 366 alone. they need a little freer flowing exhaust, a better air filter, and that's about it. The trans can't take over 4400 RPM input speed, so no point in doing any heavy mods. They're cheap, and they work.
Great collection of cars and parts. Your Blazer is pretty well a twin to the Jimmy I pulled out of a barn last summer. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
My mom used to work for the post office so we had quite a few of those mail jeeps and I learned to drive in one and had one as a beater since I was good at self learning cause dad being a cop he did not work on anything but guns but his buddy down the street was a mechanic and taught me or showed me what I did wrong and that one jeep was my class room on wrenching
