I couldn't go twin scroll because I don't want to lose the awesome boxer rumble.

Just wanting some advice about twin scroll change over. I have 2004 wrx with tdo4, its my daily. Im aiming for 330 bhp at the wheels once I've done all my upgrades. Which I've been accumulating for 1 big overhaul, which im currently doing. I have access to a few turbos one of being a vf42. From what I can find info wise is a rare one but suited to a 2.0lt set up. im unsure what path to go down now. Any help at all would be much appreciated. I can send a list of parts I bought and planning on getting if that helps too. Thanks again

So in some aspects the single scroll is the better choice if we compare similar turbochargers (e.g VF 30/34 vs VF 36/37)????

Hello there, great video, I have a question, I'm running a v6 ej207 engine with a holset hx35w, it's got the full boost at 4200 rpm aprox, do you recommend to swap to a twin scroll header and modified it to the holset t3 flange, is this a good idea? I. Don't want to change the turbo

Awesome info thanks guy's 👍🏽 currently have a 2001 subaru legacy blitzen b4 sitting at a subaru specialist shop getting the single turbo conversion. Mechanic recommended twin scroll so that's what I went with. And to top it off we've installed a external wastegate. Later down the road will look into another engine finger's crossed

i got lucky and bought a jdm bugeye sti with the ej207 and i think it has a vf34 twinscroll on it
