Myanmar's military junta recaptured the town of Myawaddy today. Myawaddy is a crucial trade hub that lies at the Myanmar-Thailand border. The town was captured by anti-junta forces on April 10. The resistance group known as the Karen National Liberation Army has retreated, but it says it will return.
