MyEnergi Eddi - What is going on? 

Thanks for this video explaination. We have been having the same issue with our Eddi, there seems to be loads of export to the grid but little to none being used for the how water. Our installers are back in 4 days to sort another issue so will get them to double check the Eddi's setup & wiring again. I'll post an update after that. Thanks

I'm having the exact same issue. For instance, yesterday my PV was generating 2.5kWh of energy, and only 900Wh was being diverted into our hot water tank, with the rest going to the grid. A quick reboot of the Eddi worked for about 5 minutes, but it's still happening. MyEnergi's support is useless too - I opened up a ticket about 3 days ago and still waiting for a reply...

I Always use ferrules on wire connections 👍

Have you set up an export margin on the eddi

Thanks! This is a similar setup to one we'll be having installed next month. If the problem arises, would it be better to call the installation company to come and check, or can anyone do this to reset the the Eddi?

Can this unit be installed in attic via a standard loft hatch..
