Two of the three in these videos kicked me out of a relaxed state 😅. But this is just my personal opinion.

Is there a way to tighten facial skin that has been loosened from overly aggressive fascia release movements/deep tissue massage on the face? I have noticed the skin on my cheeks is suddenly sagging - seems to have happed only in the past 6 months. Looks like perhaps it has disconnected from the underlying tissue. Is there a way I can fix this and get my firm skin back?
