Had my tongue tie operation yesterday. Straight after I spent 3 hours on the phone talking, I had salmon & mash for dinner (cooled down) took ibuprofen and I’m not in much pain at all. Able to stick my tongue out and move up, down and side to side, only thing that hurts is the suction hold and the clicks but that’s expected. Id say keep the tongue moving as much as possible, this has helped me anyway. Best of luck everyone

What are level 2 exercises for post-frenectomy?

Today I had my tongue tie surgery. Should I do these exercises 1 week *after the surgery* or in the week the surgery had been done, which would mean I start on the surgery day?

Yeah it’s all good if you’re tongue wasn’t hurting like crazy. I’m on day three post-op and it still burns (31yr old)
