Obtaining those favors isn't really "that difficult" in most instances. Short of, you're aiming way too high above your station. But, getting a woman who is loyal AND loves you? Good luck. I learned early on that there is really only two ways a woman shows she's madly in love with you as a man: 1. She wants bedroom funtime with you constantly. I do mean CONSTANTLY. Men instinctively understand this which is why we tend to get pretty depressed when our women stop making the effort to sleep with us and cut us off from bedroom funtime entirely. 2. A woman who loves her man will do absolutely anything she can for him. If she sees his place is a mess, she will happily clean it for him and ask for nothing in return except that you make her feel loved. If she sees he's low on groceries, she will get them for him. A woman in love will naturally subserviate herself to her man and do anything she possibly can for him. Her world begins to revolve around him and making him happy. If she doesn't know how to cook, she might take it upon herself to learn how to cook if she figures out you like a good meal. On and on. So, if you're in a relationship and you aren't getting at least one of these two things... your woman doesn't love you. She's not into you. You're just there to fill her time and take up space while she looks for better. That's what a woman in love looks like, and you don't want to be with a woman who doesn't love you.

I don't think this is true, I was in the same boat as you, I just never took advantage of it. Been getting attention from women since I was a child and I grew up around a culture where a lot of fast little girls exist. First kiss at 11 or 12, parents left me with their best friends daughter, she did stuff and suggested things, my dad when he was still around took me on odd jobs like fixing people's VCR's and thing would leave me to play with their kids and if it was a girl, sometimes they wanted to kiss and things, I had a Gf at 14 and she tried to strong arm me into sex when I walked her home one day and I refused, had a gf again at 16, met my daughters mom at 17, stayed single from 19-25 but had lots of women who wanted me, I rarely approached women first. Even my wife came to me first and I took it from there. In total counting since I was a kid, maybe 7 gf's, 15 dates maybe 8 women I knew were interested in me because they told me, not counting childhood, 4 gf's only. I chose to only sleep with Gf's, the dates were either boring, immature or foolish females. The age ranges for dates were 21-50 years old when I was 26 and started dating again. About 5 of them were 35-50. I may have things some women say they like, deep voice, 6ft tall as an adult, light brown eyes, fashion sense, hands, eyebrows and other stuff but I don't think I'm some super model guy, I'm a regular guy with some traits women like. My wife is the only woman I can honestly say is good all around. I think men would get more women if they just didn't care. I'm pretty stoic and reserved, I never chased girls or even gave them compliments, never cheated etc. My wife shot her shot, we became friends, now we're married. I've been the only male co-worker before, the guy friend that does not actually screw your girl and all that. I treated women normal, even if I did actually thought they were pretty or liked them. I think men need to have confidence and simply don't care too much, and all guys have something women like about them, more average guys may just have to do more of the pursuing.

I've narrowed it down a lot better than Fresh and Fit, because I have lived having an actual kick-ass wife, and mother of my children. (I'm the fisherman, they're the fish) The ONLY qualities a women REALLY need to keep/benefit a man is her Respect Empathy Perspective Aspiration's to be a mother. These modern women that live their hedonistic "best lives" and then want to have kids after 30, as a fucking afterthought, SHOULDN'T BE MOTHERS!!!
