Vahchef- I have seen numerous presentations of food preparations by various people, but Hats off to you. You are simply perfect. You explain so clearly that anyone watching your program gets motivated. Thank you so much.
I am a great follower of vah chef, all his recipes are super yummy and super easy to make. I have tried so many of your recipes and every time it comes out great. Thank you so much for all your teaching.
Sir, i love the way you ended your programme telling how happy you would be to see your student doing better than you..truely, that's a sincere comment.Wanted to thank you for your simple way of training here....
Just a small feedback. Please start by heating the gram flour for atleast 2 to 3 minutes in a hot pan, just so the original gram flour taste in the end product is diminished
I tried this recipie twice it came out very very nice. But i made 2 variations in this. First I made the besan slightly warm before mixing ghee to it then sieved it. And secondly sugar, for one cup of besan i added only 1 1/4th cup of sugar. So that the sweet is not on too high side and the texture came out perfect💯 as you had shown in this video. So i can say it was Vah Vah Nice. Thankyou soooo much
Vahchef You are the only best chef in the whole world.Made Mysorepak today for my 5 year old daughter. It's her most favourite and I just can't believe that I made it so yummm..I always had inhibitions when making traditional Indian sweets but today I'm so proud of myself. You made me worth a cook! You are superbly amazing.

I am from karachi pakistan. I tried your recipes but yesterday I made this maysoorpak really its very very testy and perfect everybody says wah re wah. I want to say thanks to you. God bless you
Besides the obvious brilliance in preparing the sweetmeat itself, I think the best thing about you chef, is how you said you'd be happy if one of us who tried your recipe made it better than you. As you said, a real teacher is happy when his or her students do better. And by that, you are indeed a great teacher! Shukriya chef jii!
Chef, a sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart. Your explanations, demonstrations and important tips all along your recepie's are like from a friend. I have seen so many clips of how to make this and that but your demonstrations are the best, results 100% satisfaction!!!! Thanks once again. Your sessions can be considered the best, for any person wanting to make something good and new.
I remebered something, 20yrs back when I had this for the first time...I became the lover of it...now I can't stop making it right now...though its middle of the nite...
your mysore pak preparation video excellent.we tried it at home.wow..... it really comes real mysore pak, my family members really loves it.Thanks for giving good video.
Sir one most important ingredient is missing which gives aroma and adds taste and flavor to mysore pak- it is finely ground cardamom powder. without this it will taste like besan ka laddu in a square form or just sweet besan fried in oil and cooled and cut in some shape or form. If possible add some ground saffron too. We make this at home and i have seen from my childhood in small as well as large quantities on special occasions.
Hi ...dont have word to say any thing about your recipes..these all are awsom like you...😊👌👍👍 God bless you dear .. and thanks a lot for helping us to make these possible for every one....👍💕
Dear Chef..you explained really well..will definitely try this recipe..I did make it once following another recipe but didn't come up with holes😊thanks..your explanation is always detail oriented 👍👍👍
Why you don't mention the proportion of the ingredients to be taken in this recipe? E.g. how much besan to how much quantity of ghee oil and sugar? Please guide.
Hi chef love all your videos ... thanq for this video just now made it. Mysore pak looks awesome. I followed ypur instruction and it's come out perfect. Thanq
Hi Vahchef, The Mysore pak that you prepared looks like the hard one with bubbles. I stay in Bangalore and the one that you prepared doesn't look like a Mysore Pak. Mysore Pak should be in such a soft consistency that it should melt in mouth. Also, I never saw bubbles in Mysore pak whenever I bought from any reputed shop in Bangalore. The kind of Mysore pak that you prepared is sold in small pan shops for a Re 1 or 2. Are you sure this is the correct recipe that you have prepared?
+jimaddr I would like to clarify your query,Firstly, the mysore pak that you buy nowadays from the so called reputed shops is the gen next version of an authentic mysore pak, I am not sure if it is the 3rd Generation or 4th Generation, as it has undergone enough modifications. Secondly, the mysore pak that Vahchef made is close to the authentic version, and why I say this is because my Father has been a cook who could make food for around 2000 people at a time, and I can recollect that the mysore pak that he used to make looked very similar to the one showed in the video above.
Hello this is the real mysore pak my grandma makes -with pores , looking hard but melts in mouth-but vanchef doesn't give any measurement for incredients to make.
Dear Sir Very nice & very easy process. Can you please explain the ingradients ratio means how much quantity of suger , beson , and ghee Sir. Thank you.
Chef..so happy to hear you say that this sweet indeed is one of the toughest to make. I have attempted it a few times and landed up in a soup because of a bee in the bonnet type of challenge.Your sweat, sweet as it looks, combined with the inspiring style with which you have confidently thrown in the tips and traps of mysore mak making certainly has stirred up some adrenaline in me. I am sure the mysore pak will certainly bridge boundaries and bring sweet hearts together.
You are one guy who talks what also needs to be considered. Yesterday i made burfi Mysore pak. Today was searching out what mistake i made and found out answer in ur video. Henceforth before trying out a recipe will refer ur videos. Thankyou chef
IAM happy to see that a Telugu chef got world famous. U r awesome. Made complex dishes easy to everyone. I tried your hyd dum biriyani and I started to hate hotels, when I have food guru in my phone. Thank you 😊 so much.
hi there, yesterday i tried this recipie according to ur instructions n it really turned out superb and my husband thought how i bought a mysore pak in uk and was surprised that i made it. thanks again
Excellent Guru.....right tips in the end...mostly the soft mysorepak the demo people claim are burfies and not Mysore pak..Mysore pak's colour, pores and consistency are inportant....you are the 'real' master

Thank you very much for the recipe. The way you are explaining is very attractive. Sure we will try tomorrow since my wife tried today before watching this and it is a bitter experience to me though it is a sweet while I am tasting it.
Hi Sanjay, tried the mysore pak today , after watching this video. I should say it turned out excellent, just the way I like. My previous attempts at making this dish had been disastrous. Thanks to you, I am now confident in making this. Loved the distinctive 3 colored layers, just the way in traditional preparations. Just melts in the mouth..... Yummy. Thanks again.
I had no idea abt mysore pak bt after watching it.. i wanted to surprise my family, i tried it, and it came out awesome... my family couldn't believe, they tasted too good.... thank u chef....
