I think this is one of my FAVORITE pages you've ever created. I don't know why......but it spoke to me, this morning! Thank you for the ideas and giggles! You are a ray of sunshine! 🥰😊🥰
I found you when I was searching for diy vintage journals and I have to say that I became addicted immediately! I love watching you craft, and listening to your silly laid back attitude!! I subscribed right away. And now: *commences bindge of every single video* 😁 thanks for being AWESOME.
Thank you so much for keeping it real. I was thinking that I do not have perfect craft supplies, but then I found you using anything and everything to create beautiful projects Thank you for the laughs (adult wipes, crayons and I think that was an adult sponge today lol). My reckless abandonment is coming out. God bless you and yours Pam.
Love the page this morning....birds are Perfect on the pages. . I appreciate when you explain the items you use, I wondered what gelatos were now I know , big thank you. Carol
An excellent idea. The Gelattos look amazing, as does the gold acrylic paint! I am going to have to try that sometime. Thank you for the video! Take care.
I love watching you journal. You are always so relaxed and having a great time. And you are soooo funny. I really learn alot from you. So thank you for doing this.
Hi Pam! yes, great happy enthusiastic personality, I love you to pieces! this is what i call The EASY TWO POCKET PAGE! love it! loving that tube of gold paint!!! LUVnHUGZ, Rita Donnelly
Good evening. Busy quilting today. So I get to watch you in the evening. Yay for me. I love this page. Birdies are my favorite. And Holly likes this page too. Thank you for some fun in the evening. Big hugs. ❤️❤️❣️
Hi Pam, was just listening to your podcast about what happens with junk journal after they are gifted, sold or donated. I didn't hear anything about JOURNALING in them. I love making junk journals and just started journaling and putting old and new photos in them. During this pandemic, I especially find it very therapeutic - and fun. I really enjoy your videos and your energy...thank you
I am so glad my reticular activating system focused on bringing me to your site months ago! From ho, ho, ho to rock and roll 🤣 I love the fire gold middle fold pocket strip, the birdie stickers, leaf trim, and all the little elements you added. Beautiful pages! Your videos start my day off with such joy. Thank you! 💜💜💜 Also, hi to Holly, Leonardo, and Happy! 🍓
Thank you for all of your awesome ideas. Making the journal cover and the signatures comes very easy for me. Decorating them is the challenge. You have it all going which I love !!!! I love the colors that you chose for this mystery pocket and the birds just enhance the whole thing !!! It's distressed not destressed.
Good morning Pam! This was fun I have never used Gelatos but I want some now, lol Still sitting here playing with wallpaper and napkins just having a goosefaba morning. Thanks for the chuckles & the project sharing. Hope you have a awesome crafty day!
oh Lordy, I love this! Just did this in my very first journal and it looks amazing..had to improvise as I don't have stickers like that, but I do have gelatos!
I LOVE your sense of humor! there's videos I've already watched but I just turn you on to just listen to you while I work on my projects, and alot of times I catch something new I've learned from you while listening to recent videos thanks you are awesome... does that makes sense LOL...
Love it, awesome pockets! The gold and the red gelato looks amazing together. Great video, Pam (in less than three weeks we get a collie puppy - guess what I'll be journaling about!)! /Ditte
Ok so first you tell me that it's not rocket science (yay!) and THEN you're throwing terms at me like "reticular activating system" that had me run screaming to Google only to be lost down some internet rabbit hole never to be heard from again?! Oh, you're a sly one, Pamela. Or maybe "crafty" is more apropos here. 😊
Hi Pam, thanks for your great ideas. Taking advantage ... could you tell me where to buy bird stickers "like the ones you use in the video"? I have bought 4 different packages on Aliexpress and they were all really shiny plastic, not one was matte, they were not like yours that look like vellum. Thanks a lot !!!!
I love it...that does look like a belly band at first glance. I love crafting and creating along with you. Great videos Pam. Thanks so much for sharing with reckless abandonment 😅
Oh, Pam! My books and pages all look like such a hot mess! I try so hard to get my journals to at least look like I put some thought into them. But, mine always come out looking slapped together with no rhyme or reason. Perhaps a video to bring cohesion to a journal by color or theme? I would be so thankful! You're such an inspiration, thanks Pam! 😊
Hi Pam! Thanks for yet another FUN idea for my projects! I have a couple ideas for future videos: I'd like to learn about how to repair authentic vintage ephemera. Most everything I have is aged in a lovely way but one piece (an old journal) I picked up is so great, but it has a white paper label attached to it and as I've tried to remove it, it's bringing the paper up from the journal with it. I'd love to get your thoughts on how to repair it or work around it. I have a couple photos if that would help. Another idea would be to show a flip through of a journal that's actually been used/written in. I'd love to see how people are using these beautiful books! Thanks for considering!
Great pocket idea! It turned out better than your prototype and it was great. My favorite are the birds on opposite page..how cute are they? Every time I watch you use the Gilotos (I’m sure I mangled the spelling of that one😩) I tell myself to get some...haven’t done it yet. Fun day Pam.
Hi Pam. Great idea for a journal pocket. I use gelatos a lot in collaging and for paper decorating. Once you put them on paper, you move them around with a water brush and you can blend the different colors
Ok I have a big question? Do we have to worry about copy write when we use things from a book that we own. ?????? thank you, love your work. lean on God
Hello again, Sweet Pam - my Godmother, Lorraine (I called her 'Reni'), would say that this double pocket page is: 'Clever'. (It doesn't surprise me, tho. Clever is your mellieu.) I can hardly wait to make this here clever double pocket page. Best day now. *:D
Love you and your videos! You always inspire me and make me smile( and laugh) I really enjoy and appreciate all of the things I learn from you! Thank you and God bless you!! Much love and hugz!
What a fab make, thankyou I'm having my first craft day tomorrow after weeks of working( juggling 2 jobs) And this will be my first make, Could you pop a link to your glue bottles please
Great video packed with ideas. Love how you make it fun and simple. Great to see the gelato stepping into the spotlight. They add richness to that gold. The glue you use fabritac is best glue ever. You once had 'yes' glue in a tub, maybe you show us how to bring yes into play in a future video. Perk of the day is PAM time. Thank you top show 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍❤❤❤
Love! You make me laugh so much ... thank you for sharing ... orienting leaves... where it’s not should be yes I understood ... I’ve learned Pam lingo because I love your videos. Thanks again for sharing!
Hey Pam, might have been fun to use that leaf trim upside down as stencil before you applied the Gelato. Then turn it back rightside up and glue it down. Cute idea :)
Hi sis,you took the words out of my mouth peaking bird to peaking duck, boy I giggled I'm liking those birds but I don't have stickers do they come from aliexpress please xx sweet pea
@@ThePaperOutpost I have that too but only for saving it too favorites cos griffin does the orders for.me,I'm completely computer dump.its over shelling for me stay safe sis xx sweet pea
Absolutely the best way to start my morning! Thank you for the wonderful ideas. The gelatos were a great idea. Sometimes when I want a smoother application of the gelatos, I apply the pigment to a baby wipe. Then I use my mighty finger tool with the wipe to add color to a stencil. Baby wipes will also take gelato color away, kinda of the reverse.
There are many on Etsy. But do consider watching Pam's videos on constructing a journal. A needle, dental floss, paper and cereal box is all you need! If you mess it up, as Pam would say, it's only paper!
