58 and my T levels are 211 and my free T is 0.2. My Dr prescribed me 25ml twice a week. I start tomorrow, im hoping i respond well to lower doses. Time will tell, ive had low T levels for years but my family Dr didnt believe in TRT. Thankfully i found a Dr to treat me
I couldn't imagine being on TRT in 20's or 30's. My last child was born when i was 43 years old, first child i was 25, my balls were always full of c*m , and i was 6"2 250lbs as heavy as 280 lbs. I lost weight starting at 42, and by 46 i was 190lbs, i am 50 amd still 190 to 195 lbs, and i stopped all booze last November. My total T was 480 at 50 years old, i feel no motivation and all symptoms, i still get hard but lower libido. I just started a week ago, 120mg T cypiniate injection 💉 every 7 days. Not sure if its placeebo, but 5 days after first shot i started feeling more motivation and started jogging 😂 , i never Jogged since 20 years , now i am. Also been dumbbell lifting daily, and especially when i work my office job at home, free hand is pumping iron. I am so excited for the future , getting strong 💪🏽 and confident again, i am not ready to step aside and let the 20.or 30 year old command the room, i wanna be the alpha in every room. I been dreading turning 50 for years 😢😢. But, this TRT has given me shot in the arm , no pund intended. Also, my skin is better aftet a week, not as dry [age means drying Caucasian skin] and has enough oil for a nice little glow. Also, losing the weight has made my face more sunken in and guant, the trt is making my cheeks a little more puffy, wich is exactly what i want! NO BOTOX NEEDED, HEHE,around my eyes looks.like i was younger. I wonder how good it will ben 5 weeks? Too early, but so.far its great. I also dont care about fertility 😂, i have 4 children, and i am done!! Not sure if i am ok with eventful shrinking balls, and low volumes of semen. If thay gets really "bad" than I have a decision to make, but if those symptoms are minor , not major, than i will continue. I dont wanna continue taking this after 3 months, unless everything is really good,so.far its really good. I do not want to fully commit if its not perfect. I think 2 months is not long enough for non reversible hypogonads? I mean normally, a guy with no prior PED, could 🤷 do TRT a few months and quit without shutting down balls for life.
I love that she talks about how TRT will not help much if youre severely overweight and inflamed. I see so many men jump on TRT that are 20% body fat and dont lift, eat like shit, drink, dont sleep, and don't manage stress. You have to check off all the main lifestyle changes/pillars. If you dont have your ducks in a row, you have no business adding Testosterone.
@@jayescapeplan I did not, I have a unusual circumstance. I have a aortic valve regurgitation which t this point in my life makes me very fluid dependent. I would have to give a super red donation according to the red cross. If I gave that much my body would mimic shock. My HR would elevate causing dizziness sweating, and nausea. I am going to try and treat my TRT like a cycle. I take some time off till the bloodwork returns to normal. I will also pin M-F and lower the dose.
I just started TRT, i was at 148 total T (im 42) so my doc put me on 160mg weekly of cypionate and 1mg of anastrozole. Is that too much aromatase inhibitor?
I’ve watched a good number of presentations about TRT that were professionally done with good relatable research. I found the way this was presented rude. I’m sure you get giggles from the young male participants but I’m a senior looking for relatable information from a female perspective and got 1/3 through it and turned it off.
I've never been able to do any aerobics. "Something" seems to be very wrong with my circulatory system? Idk, my doctor says its "excercise intolerance" and they thought it was asthma for years but i knew it wasnt. Has anyone else dealt with this?
I'm sorry to hear you're going through this! It's important to trust your instincts when it comes to your health. Have you found any activities that work better for you?
I wish I had a Dr in my area with this mind set. I am 36 I eat healthy, work a blue collar job, I'm 5'9 160 lbs and I tested below 250 nanograms per deciliter 3 months apart and I practically had to twist my urologists arm for him to prescribe testosterone replacement therapy for me. I just want my energy and sex drive back. Before being tested my wife was thinking something was wrong with her not me.

Very informative. But damn I just looked up your Instagram and you don't come up. Three accounts come up with that name and you're not one of them. I wanted to ask you some stuff. Oh never mind it's the one that says Mike. Who are we talking to when we send a message, you or mike?
