LOL, men were hacking each other to bits with swords and axes centuries before steroids was ever invented. He's the truth, if I give you a suit of armor to wear in public, you will be a lot more inclined to face a challenger than if you were without one. Kids have fits of anger and throw things. Are they suffering from roid rage? If not, what is it? Besides, I've known far more small, men with rage and anger than I do big strong guys on steroids. In fact, its usually the smaller guy that instigates the arguments wanting to prove something. Just because someone is fit, or has muscles doesn't mean they're suffering from roid rage simply because they get angry or upset. And don't even get me started with all the raging women running around these days. I've seen women drive their cars into one another and into buildings. Do we say they're roid raged too? Modern women are far more vicious than modern men. No steroids necessary.
I just saw my NHS endocrinologist today, I had come off the gel and started injecting myself with testosterone enanthate, sub q. He had never heard of this or micro dosing, its like being in the dark ages in the UK
It's surprising to hear that your endocrinologist wasn't familiar with subcutaneous injections or micro dosing. It's important for healthcare providers to stay informed about all available options.
@@balancemyhormones my experience of NHS endocrinology has been mixed, I explained why it was advantageous, maybe he was being disengenuos, I have been injecting subq regularly to keep haematocrit down and it works.
Im on TRT from my endocrinologist for low T, and have been prescribed sustanon 250 1 injection every 3 weeks. I had to come off previously due to the ups and downs it caused, However now im back on sustanon with testogel to be added on the 3rd before the nexk injection, Do u think this will be better for me and avoid the empty feeling i had last time and keep my levels up…?
It's great that you're working with your endocrinologist to find the right balance for your TRT treatment. Hopefully, the new approach with sustanon and testogel will help stabilize your levels.
I’m on 1ml a week of test cyp plus 1,000 units of HCG. I was diagnosed hypergonadism. My diet and nutrition is dialed in. Can I build muscle with protocol?
I'm taking test cyp 50mg 2x a week. I'm anxious, stressed, libido is non existant, no spontaneus erections, no morning wood.. My t is 950ngdl. Shbg 6nmol/l.
Thank you for this conversation. I don't know why the AI debate is so polarizing. Like all things hormone related, your milage may very. Some men get on trt/anabolics and lose their hair, or hairloss accelerates. Other men have minimal or no hair loss. Estrogen is the same way. Some men have bad signs and a high numbers, some guys have bad side effects on very low E2, and some men seem to have no issue irrespective of numbers. I am a high aromatizer, like insanely high if left unchecked with side effects. I think the issue is less about numbers and more about feelings. I begin to turn into a bee yatch with a crabby attitude and start getting extremely bad acne and oily skin when I know my E2 creeps up.
I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis
I wonder how many decades it takes GP's start to understand these. I talk often to a physician student who is kind of "afraid" to graduate since she undertands many things and knows she is forced to treat people against her knowledge by these false common guidelines they have to follow. I guess this is worldwide problem, at least in western world. I cant see anything but big pharmacies making these guidelines to sell more drugs. So when testosterone will obviously make people more healthy equals to less drug selling causing T will "never" be a common guideline treatment, you have to push to get it unless you go to urologist who is positive about TRT. Luckily I found one and he warned me GP's are not going to understand and try to convince me Im a fool taking anabolic steroid but I let it go out of another ear since they simply dont know.
It's frustrating when medical professionals don't always seem to have the latest information. Keep advocating for your health and seeking out doctors who understand your needs.
I wish TRT clinics could test / treat prolactin levels for their patients. It makes TRT so much better to have prolactin in range. Cabergoline has a bad reputation because of the side effects of Parkinson's doses. It's like telling someone you can't sell them 1 beer because drinking a 2 liter of grain alcohol is bad for your liver.
So I'm 52 and my total testosterone was 454ng/DL and free was 16.1ng/DL which was considered high per the reference range and I know free testosterone is the number to watch...my doctor still wants to prescribe TRT because I feel so bad... should I?
It's essential to have an open discussion with your doctor about the potential benefits and risks of TRT. Your well-being should always be the top priority.
There are various interventions that can help balance the immune system, such as dietary changes, stress management techniques, regular exercise, and natural supplements.
Guys... MUST READ. I was struggling with sides of all sorts on twice weekly TRT injections. Low libido Low energy Depression Plateaued muscle gain Switched to once a day .2mg Test E 300 injections with insulin syringe .5in ALL SIDES DISAPPEARED PLUS up 1.5 lbs from my 183 max Now steady at 184.5 and looking to finally start putting on more size. Libido is excellent Energy is up and depression is lower
I was put on TRT just because I had taken steroids for years when I was in my 20’s. Now I’m 34 and want to have kids. I didn’t ever need TRT for low testosterone my doctor just gave it to me because I was on it for years. Wondering if I could possibly get off it and get my levels back?
Keep Telling yourself, subtle slower improvement over time is the healthiest and best way. I went in wanting subtle slow improvement. I’m on week 6, after three weeks there was like a 10% improvement in energy, motivation and libido. I could actually get out of bed and work for an hour or two vs avoiding any work(work from home) or personal responsibilities. At week 6, about 30% improvement, don’t feel like Superman just killing it like I did 10 years ago(age 40), but almost normal where I feel like I won’t get fired for underperforming at work.
I am a 65 year old white male, I have been on cyp 200 .8 ml injections for any years, it seems like my body is getting tired of the injections as I am getting a lot of swelling and pain for 2 to 5 or 6 days following injections. I do the injections myself in thigh muscles, rotateing weeks. Is there other options as I do feel better when on the injections. Possibly cream, inter nasal? Or others I am not aware of
37 here, been feeling fatigued over the past 2 years, feels like I'm lifting now only to maintain muscle, not building it or getting stronger anymore. Joints starting to ache and feeling tired alot. I'm actualy about to start my first dose today. Thank you for your videos and the information to educate us on this. Doing 100mg injections twice a week with HCG
I'm taking 50mg of Clomid alongside TRT and I have wood all night during sleep. I'm now over sexed in my wife's opinion. She tells me "Go and sort yourself out!" I have to sort myself out as much as twice a day some days. The shock is, I'm 56. I think I need to stop one or the other before I go blind LOL
@balancemyhormones I do, I feel great. I've boxed for 40 years from the age of 16. I was in the gym 2-3 nights a week doing 6 x 3 minute rounds then home. Since THT, I'm there 5 nights a week, I do 10 x 3 minute rounds punch bag, followed by 300 weight torso twists, 300 crunches. Then I finish with 15 minutes in the speedbag, none stop. I feel like I'm in my twenties again. THT is the best thing I've ever done. I'm dropping the Clomid down, though, as I think my libido is bit too high.
Clomid is amazing. I did TRT pellets and my balls shrunk. I got on Clomid, my balls are back to normal, I have lots of energy. I can get hard as well. It's amazing.
I didn’t follow the frequency solution for lower SHBG. If currently 120mg total broken into 3 injections a week. Would moving to 120mg total broken into 2 injections per week be a decent recommendation?
@imdavelee what is the approx half life of cream? If 12 hours, does this mean testosterone would be completely out of your system after about 5 days? (Eg, would T levels tank to zero if one inadvertently stopped for a week?)
Despite everything I do, including TRT, zone 2 cardio every day, weights 4-5 times a week, sauna and cold plunge, my visceral fat is high as read by a Dexa scan. My blood work is optimal and I’m even insulin sensitive. Not sure what else to do. I’m a 56 yo male, any suggestions would be appreciated.
