In turn it also helps Noah, as they are the same person, so seeing how N acts even when he’s broken reflects more about Noah. I also love In the finale N coming in to save the day against Alpha even mirrors Noah fighting Z
Just noticed that when N dashes into Alpha using the Sword of the End at very fast speed, he gets a purple aura like Malos did against Mythra in Torna. Good foreshadowing to what the Sword of the End is powered up by.
I was wondering how only Noah managed to get new voicelines for Shulk and Rex in the main game, and then I remember that N and Noah are the same guy lmfao
Both the Sword of the End and the Sword of Origin rely on their respective core crystals stored in the "sheath". N always puts the sword inside the sheath before striking, while Noah enchants the blade with his gauntlet when you use Infinity Blade. If we can assume Pneuma's core crystal is somewhere within either the Ouroboros power or the gauntlet, it's ironic Logos and Pneuma have been under our eyes the whole time. Again, Ontos' core was the original basis for Origin, so in a way A's Monado is very similar, except it draws from only a portion of Ontos' core.
5:20 I love how offended and confused Matthew’s “Sorry?” was when N just interrupted whatever Matthew was going to ask with, “Eternity” out of nowhere.
Seeing the cutscenes from the dlc and everything N and Matthew get to + the base game; I'm pretty convinced N/Noah, Matthew, and all Fei's homages are pretty much Takahashi's favorite character lol.
@@omorifan6011 Well Zeke dodged a sneak attack from jin and i am so bold and say that N is probably stronger and faster than Zeke lol. (Also N fucked up Alpha/Ontos twice and basically all of Ouroboros.)
@@bamboozled4912 Zeke's speed is no joke. Even then, he was able to dodge one attack from Jin. Later on that same cutscene he literally destroys the whole Xenoblade 2 party at once. I wouldn't even be so sure saying N is faster than Zeke, actually. Although they are both extremely fast, there is no clear moment we can use to pinpoint their exact speed.
@@omorifan6011 True and Jin was in his normal form when he did the sneak attack, not his flesheater form. But it still is really hard to assume speed from characters. If we go what is stated then Jin and Pneuma would be the fastest, but what about Logos and Ontos? Are they weaker than Pneuma or are they equal? Because if they are Equal then Ontos would be the strongest because it is statet that he is more powerful when he was controling Nael.
N didn't do it purposely, he was shocked to realize who he stabbed, that maybe why Noah started to reincarnate because at that time, he had his doubts.
While technically he didn't fought Ontos (Since Na'el is the one controlling the body and powers), it goes to show just how powerful N really is, and how lucky the XB3 party was. If he had wanted to really kill them, there was nothing they could have done... i would argue that even with Noah's sword of the end, N would have won had he not go insane.
@@eliasacevedo9542 To be fair it is impilled that N has gone kind of insane over the last 1000 years so may not be on the same level any more when he faces the group in XC3
@@4wheal And yet still “combated” their ouroboros powers by doing the visual effort equivalent of causally chopping weeds in the first fight Really, I think by the second fight, half the reason they won was due to N being unbalanced and raging instead strategy and focused along with the team’s second wind and Noah drawing of the Sword of Origin/motive tear down
@TheShanicpower same! I love how well he portrays the role of tragic hero. How he was manipulated to kill his own people so save someone who didn't want to be saved. I can imagine how broken that would make a person, and his reaction to finding out M swapped with Mio was really sad to see.
Both Jin and Malos would have hated Moebius. Tbh, I think Amalthus would have hated Moebius too. They all predicted there mentality. I also noticed Rex looks at the crack core crystal on Niall. I think that cracked core crystal reminded him of Malos.
How to drop the biggest F bomb, let N reveal to Matthew that not only is his flesh and blood but also killed his own flesh and blood... Dark when you put it that way Edit: also in what way, shape and form is N a badass he acts like family ain't relevant to him no more
@@flawedandnotperfect his whole arc literally was about hating himself for what he did, or you thought he tortured Noah just for fun? He punished his other self because of all the hate he has for himself and he can't die, since he is immortal mobeus.
I don't play Xenoblade but i have some knowledge of things here and there, so basically nearly every significant character here is due to old rex here getting quite frisky with 2/3 of his wives and his descendants causing chaos, and he's just a side character now lol.
"Side character" Lmao, kid. If you don't have the game, just shut it because you don't know anything. Man, this is like running into persona 5 fans who only know about the game from watching playthrough on youtube.
@@Baron0009 Typical gatekeeper, i clearly said I'm from an outsider perspective, I'm telling you from my pov he looks like a side character now in XB3. Doesn't mean he's not relevant he's just not the main focus in the game now. Jeez
@@Baron0009you gotta stop being an arse lmao Rex is beyond a side character in 3. He's present only in the DLC and essentially just helps Matthew do his job. Rex was outclassed and got too old, same with shulk.
Tbf that battle was actually pretty close even if they consider it a loss, Shulk and Rex got wounded badly but neither side actually won, as Alpha was delayed and felt the need to find a host to boost his power even more to deal with them. And yeah as the above said, with the new knowledge that N has the Logos crystal it makes even more sense. Granted N being so powerful is just kinda funny because he is just Noah and Noah isn’t able to soundly beat him without Ouroboros and the Sword of Origin so idk what N’s workout routine is
You can argue Elma is the protagonist of X, and that Mio is as important as Noah. But I see what you mean, and I don't think Monolith cares about incels. They make games and characters the way they want to, so it might happen, or not, and personally I think it's irrelevant.
Unnecessary hostilities aside, you got a 50/50 chance. Future Connected practically centered around Melia, so who knows what's in store for the future?
