Need a video for ADP-240AR. Power cable from AC and and short last 2 pin, than ps4 supply on with a clicking sound then goes off... voltage from 12v then slowly drops. Why?

@@RepairLegion put the plastic case on the PS before plug to high voltage,it can easily short with the metal shield of the ps4
