@@Devontae7894 Actually, the anime followed the hair colour when Orihara first showed up when Senpai was searching for Nagatoro’s class. Her hair shades were much darker then so the anime must have followed that one instead.

Gamo is Karate (striking like boxing) fighter not Judo (grappling like wrestling), that's why Nagatoro succeeded Judo shoulder throw against her...

Orihara is something else entirely.

nagatoro comes from a family of fighters as well, her older bro and older sister are great at judo/fighting

It's judo scoring. They were awarded one point. Ichi means one. I'm not sure about the suffix. Maybe someone more skilled or fluent can explain.

Judo points Ippon - meaning one full point, it's the biggest score when you succeed a Judo skill (like a shoulder throw) successfully to your opponent, so it was the winning condition here. Waza ari - half point, when the skill is not fully successful, since half , 2 Waza ari becomes Ippon. and so on with other smaller points. You can see them a lot when watching olympic Judo matches.

You’re literally the first person I’ve encountered who called that scene ‘cringe’. Everyone else I’ve encountered knew it was coming and absolutely loved it. Especially since Senpai’s shy and probably wouldn’t do something like that, which is huge that he did that out of his volition.
