How bittersweet. I'm sad because you're sad to be leaving, but happy that you're coming back to the states. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us. Safe travels!
Noooooooooo Naija vlogs don finish oooo!! Chai 😢😢😢!!! But forreal forreal Chizi, I am so happy I got to partake in this journey with you, we got to feel how impactful this particular solo trip was for you. Thank you so much for sharing! And Dimma in the house, looking flawless as usual 😍😍😍. I'm waiting patiently for y'alls collabs! Ndi Igbo Kwenu! 💪
I recently found out that my great great grandmother is from Nigeria. So seeing it through your videos made me very happy. And one day would love to visit one day...
it was interesting hearing about doctors in Nigeria. I grew up in northern Nigeria as a child and was terrified of hospitals and the poor care and decided not to pursue medicine. I was going to be an architect but we moved to the USA when I was 16 and I ended up going to college and then Medical school here. I meet many Nigerian doctors here who have left Nigeria for different reasons. i hope to visit one day soon.
Not like I will be contributing towards your plane ticket, or other expenses; but please stay longer the next trip you take to Africa. 🙈🙏💕😆 I really enjoyed your vlogs there.
Chizi, Thank you for taking the time to produce these videos!!! I have never been to Africa and to see your experiences has been wonderful. It is hard to put it into words the feeling....but these videos were EVERYTHING...To see the young professionals perspective, the emotional Heritage perspective....and lastly, not only taking us on your travel journey but your journey to identify your professional experience is brave and liberating. Again...Thank you sis! Keep shining!!
I am sad the trip ended. I was vicariously living through you. Thank you for Vlogging this journey!!! Literally watched and anticipated each video. Nigeria is definitely on the bucket list
Thanks you so much for these vlogs, I’m Nigerian and I didn’t know that all this stuff was in Lagos. Please can write a blog post of all the places and address you went to, especially the restaurants and bars.
Great video hun. Most Nigerians who are docs come to Trinidad and Tobago to practice because they get next to nothing in Nigeria. In Nigeria a doctor is seen as no body . . . I get you can go med school there but would have to make the $ elsewhere. Am a nurse in a hospital in Trinidad .
Black To Grace , oh I understand . I know a few Nigerians docs living in Trinidad and Tobago who says what they receive back home is next to nothing . They talk down so much about health and their take home packages , is like they are viewed as no body. I have never been to Nigeria so I can only talk based on what I am told .
I can only say that my father supported sending all his kids (3) to best schools abroad from primary to college being an obgyn in private practice in Nigeria. So short answer... It depends on individual.
Chizi girl I hate that you left too because I really got into these vlogs. Enjoyed watching your experiences and getting a peak inside what it's like in Nigeria. Loved it! Your personality is amazing btw. You have a bright future ahead.
10/10 for this Naija blog series!!! Loved them, sad it's over! I got back from Nigeria on 4 Jan 2018 and still sad my holiday is over, it's crazy! Watching your v logs was fun but probably made it worse for me Lol! I need to go bk home asap! Lol
Ping's boyfriend looks like a photographer Kofmotivation. She's very beautiful. I definitely agree that entertainment abroad is more pursuable compared to the states. I'm loving your outfits girl ✨☺️.
Awww I actually am sad too that the it's are over. Me sef i was enjoying with you too lol. I really think it won't be bad for you to move to Lagos, just make sure to weigh the pros and cons, consider all the aspects and pray about it. I'm happy to watch you be happy, does that make sense? lol. You're even making me think of going back to Ivory Coast too just to participate in the development of this Youuber/Influencer industry and much more why not.. Very encouraging! I can't waaaaait for your collab with Dimma ❤️❤️
I watched all eight videos. Seeing you and your experience makes me feel super excited about mine (first timer), I hope that my family is as friendly and outgoing as yours. Thanks for sharing.
Well done girl you did a great job. I really enjoyed this series. Thank you for showing us Nigeria. It felt like I was there with you 👏🏿👏🏿 thank you for sharing ur journey with us. 😁😆
I thought that song was from one of the Ice Age movies! Idk, now it's stuck in my head and driving me crazy because I seriously can't remember! Thank you for that, and for the great video! I looked it up! It's called Send Me On My Way and it was indeed in the movie Matilda as well and apparently the movie Bolt!
Great blog, I feel like I went on Vacation with you. Please post a links of all the cool places you visited. Ps: Touring in LUTH & with the Dr was super cool ♥️
Thank you SOOO MUCH for this! ❤❤ I really enjoyed your charm, beauty and lovely personality! You made me laugh so much too! Now I'm curious...what kind if camera do you have?
Medical school seems similar to school here in America. 4 years undergrad, 3 years med school, 1 year rotation, 2-7 years residency (according to what my friend in medical school said)
Do you know how hilarious it is , that you are talking about getting your nails done because you bite them.... whilst I was here destroying a nail with my JAwss! Girl you are cool, new Subby And (there is room for us all to Fly) in Naija industry
oh my GAWD ah caht belif dis! you came to cmul?!!!!! I attend cmul!!!!!!!!!! (it's short for college of medicine university of Lagos!!) I cannot! believe I missed a chance to meet you in person 😭😭😭 if you took a video of the huge pillar showing the name... it means you were standing in front of my department... with union bank opposite you.(or you're actually standing outside the gate) .. (I'm a nursing student by the way) Awww I'm so sad.... but watching your video made me happy... I hope to meet you when next you come.. love you chizi!!
