Yooo right about the time you made this video I bought a used '96 Nakamura Tome TMC18 and it has sat until a couple weeks ago when I got it going. Trying to figure out the Fanuc control has been brutal and I've never programmed or even ran a CNC lathe before (VMC guy). This is a goldmine of stuff I can try tomorrow haha.

tool 1 was off not because the z setter but because you typed 1.8476 instead of the displayed 1.8496 :). Great video! thanks!
