Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery trek is a fourth day part of regular Everest base camp trek in Nepal. Tengboche monastery is one of the best view points of Mt Everest and Lhotse wall on the entire hike to Everest base camp. Total distance from Namche to Tengboche is 10 km / 6.2 miles. It takes 6 hours to reach. Tengbochi monastery is the largest and most important monastery in khumbu area.
