Thanks very much Jake. I'd say that name doesn't seem to describe what's happening too well. I've found it's best to hold the wing with the back arm outstretched controlling the wing's angle of attack and the front hand by your neck acting as a pivot (you get a lot more out of the wing that way and can depower quite easily) - so there's no star pose (arms and legs outstretched like a star jump). Do you know where the name starfish comes from? Is it an old windsurfing trick for example?
