Ingredients:
Mutton with bones 1 & ½ kg
Onion (Pyaz) chopped 1 small
Tomatoes (Tamater) chopped 1 small
Whole Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) 2-3
Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan) paste 3tsp
Salt (Namak) 1 tbsp
Water (Pani) 2 glass
Directions:
In a pressure cooker add Mutton, chopped Onion, chopped Tomatoes, Whole Green Chilies, Ginger Garlic, salt, water Now close pressure cooker and cook for 18-20 minutes.
Turn off flame and open pressure cooker. Follow pressure cooker safety guidelines.
Reduce water on high flame until oil separates.
Fry mutton for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot!
