For rasgullas, other than making the balls everything seems manual. In reality, it is difficult to automate it but the host makes a ridiculous claim of having the only automated rasgulla factory in India at cost of 70 crores. Haldiram's rasgullas fares marginally better in the tinned category. The real taste is buying fresh to avoid preservatives added like sodium bisulphite.
