😍 This a traditional Jamaican favourite! Nanny use to always makes this drink for us growing up! We loved it! Especially ice cold
👀Without the alcohol of course…
RECIPE
500g carrot juice washed & peeled and cut into chunks
1 litre water
400g sweet condensed milk / Nourishment
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Grated nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Shot on white rum
Guinness
Handful of ice
Place carrots in a blender or a food processor add a likkle water and blend until smooth.
Pour juice into a sieve over a large bowl then squeeze and press the carrot pulp to get as much juice out as possible.
Stir the liquid in the jug the add sweet condensed milk , cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, white rum and Guinness. Stir and serve with ice.
For non- dairy options use coconut milk, coconut condensed milk, almond or soya milk.
