I've missed Nanny, and your videos, and even Blacky too

Watching and listening, I look down to find Nutmeg, my companion, confidant, and friend of 15 years lying in my arms. As his life draws to its conclusion, I am grateful for his friendship. And I will mourn his passing the rest of my life. Darius, thank you for sharing your wise, loving and beautiful friend with us. We are all better humans for the friendships we have.

Nanny loves her daddy. You can tell by just watching her and it doesn’t matter what he is doing she wants to be around him.

It’s been so long you had me worried. And even though you’re a blessed soul, I sense you’ve had to walk through some heavy shadows of late. Well, it’s not just Nanny and the others we love, it is also their shepherd! All the best from Denmark! ❤️

I got two calendars last year as my brother lost his cat who was the twin of NANNY no kidding! He loved it and we loved ours so we just bought two more of the 2022. We absolutely LOVE YOU AND WE LOVE YOUR LOVE of all your BEAUTIFUL CREATURES you have there. What a beautiful man, beautiful countryside and beautiful cats and horses. My wife and I were just watching another video of Nanny-“Most interesting cat in the Rocky Mountains” and I thought...oh when the time comes for Nanny how incredibly difficult that will be. We have two beautiful cats left but at our age (69) we will never be able to get any more. So beautiful but so devastating when you have to part. Sighhhh. God bless you dear man! It’s so wonderful to see this video. Much time has passed which caused concern and I wondered if all was well in the land of Honeysada and his amazing animals. I just want to kiss that beautiful fluff ball of a kitty..and seeing that everything is ok, I know a lot of us are much relieved. Yes! The next calendar! I am looking forward to receiving it. The gorgeous green eyes of Nanny are already brightening my office, and this for the past 2 years. Every time a colleague comes in and asks me: "Such a beautiful cat, is she yours?", I have to answer: "Alas! no!". And there is so much love in her eyes when she is looking at you 🥰. Leaning, leaning, leaning on the everlasting arms, that wonderful old gospel we used to sing in church so long ago. We need to do that more today, in this troubled time, more than maybe ever before. Nanny still precious as ever, Honey still busy as ever, Wyoming still gorgeous as ever. We have missed you both and it is a delight to see y'all again.

Sweet Nanny awe. Been missing you and Dad. Remember those kittens I saved. Well, one turned out to be a Norwegian Forrest Cat, so gorgeous, named him Hamster (Ham for short). Other one got named Turkey. Then I found Mac n Cheese and saved him....Haha Tom is still in love with you. Sends all his love from Arkansas. He has helped garden all Summer. Tell Daddy the honey looks so beautiful!

Have missed you & your family. Glad to see Nanny's 2022 calendar. I put it in my 94.5 year old mom's room. (Her 3rd calendar). She comments on it every visit I make; she lives upstairs & I drive her to medical appointments & manage her meds. I am a Retired RN, BEREAVEMENT & Wound Care Certified with > 20 years experience in Home Care & Hospice Care for all ages. I am one of her 2 (24/7) Co-caregivers In Northern California, in the Western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains... pine trees, pine sap & needles falling daily, sun, little rain & little snow here. We did have to evacuate for the Caldor Wildfire late last summer... missed our home by 2 miles..... Loved seeing your Mountains, prairies, & 2 & 4 legged critters in the past. Take care & thanks again for Nanny's calendar. Please give her a gentle hug, for me.

Nanny is so gorgeous and a loyal companion, you are so blessed. How old is Nanny? Does her long fur ever get matted? Our 14-year old male Himalayan Siamese has matted fur every other year, his matted fur has to be trimmed. Thank you sir, take care, stay healthy and safe.

I'm so glad you posted a new video, with Nanny's new calendar coming out. She is the most wonderful cat I've ever (sort of) met, on the internet. She lets us all know how special you are, since only someone with a loving heart could "train" Nanny to ride along with you without jumping down & taking off. Most cats wouldn't be so patient. She loves you, & your videos give us a chance to love her, & you in return. I hope calendar sales go well, as she surely is a pinup girl we want to see each month, reminding us that love can be with us every day of the year. I lost her look-alike "brother" 6 mo. ago, so seeing her today brought some tears. I miss him so much. I wasn't ready, but a friend encouraged me to get a kitten. I wanted an orange kitty, but this little guy has short hair, & is more the color of honey, with stripes & spots. I don't know if I believe in reincarnation, but he is so much like Smokey it is almost enough to make me a believer. He is the sweetest little baby (4 mo. old), smart, very loving, & full of personality. So, I'm reminded of my lost "baby" by this little fellow. I hope Nanny will be with you, us, for many more years. She is so special! Love your videos, you, & all the animals in your piece of paradise.

Hello Darius, I couldn’t sleep and I thought of you and your sweet family you video. I’m in the desert in Arizona and I can’t sleep because of severe neck pain. To focus on something positive I try to concentrate on positive thoughts. Sharing your videos show me there are other parts of the country that are just magnificently beautiful. I’m not an outdoors person like you, rather the vast open ocean the way it feels like it extends forever is where I feel complete. My experience there are full of wonderful memories specifically I spent many years in my beloved New Jersey by the majestic Atlantic Ocean. I am filled with gratitude on many levels which keeps me thankful and in a positive attitude - and I try to be up building and encouraging to others. So I’m txtg you to let you know you are being thought of and are very missed. You are a loving and compassionate human being and I pray for you to enjoy blessings from our precious Creator.
