For those wondering how much hair you need, you need maximum 200 grams. Normal Micro Ring Extensions are .8 - 1 gram per strand. While Nano Ring Extensions are .4 - .5 grams per strand. So for Micro Rings you'd need 200 strands, for Nano Rings you'd need 400 strands. 1 gram stands WILL NOT fit inside of nano rings...
