I have been a silent viewer of the vlogs for over a year now and I thought I might just pipe up and say they are so appreciated. Being able to watch someone who is so similar to me in many ways and is doing so many of the things I am doing right now makes me more motivated to achieve my goals. You should try to fysically visit the places, so you can feel the place. And see what the characters will see and feel 😊 plus Belgium is romantic with belgian chocolate, waffles and sweets and old buildings 😜 maybe it is interesting to let them go to less popular (but still interesting) places. Very excited to see what the story is going to be! Lots of support ❤️

Great video, Hailey. I didn't think to blur out my work. I have considerably sped up my work and so you only see snippets of the plot and hopefully not too many spoilers. Good luck with NaNoWriMo it's nice to follow like-minded people who are going through the same things as me even if we are across the pond :)

Wooo, I'm not a huge planner. I usually don't plan chapter by chapter outlines until my third or forth re-write the first two I just like to vomit words and chapters and idea. Second re-write I start cutting and cleaning up. Third and forth I actually plan out the chapters and make sure they make sense to the flow of the book.

Hey Hailey! Do you take personality quizzes for your characters (answering questions as they would)? I do, and it really helps separate them all in my mind. I was worried two of my characters were too similar, so I did the MBTI test for them and they had totally different types, which made me realise how different they actually were :)

I wish people would write about any other Dutch city than Amsterdam. Or when writing about Amsterdam, please don't just write about the major touristy places. This is just one of my biggest pet peeves.

Please don’t make a travel novel without going to the places. I have read so many travel novels where you can see they only look at stuff in internet or books, and it’s so lame and sad. Like one day, sometimes they just put some facts just to show they investigated. But this is not only a negative comment, I really want you to succeed and I know not everyone can travel or visit the places (which is optimal), so I recommend you to at least speak with people who live there, make them beta readers! Talk to people who have made eurotrips and find those little special moments they lived there! Huuugs!
