Hi. I now live in Bulgaria and there is a dearth of Wargamers in the country. along with available materials. I greatly appreciate your " Walk through" because It gave me enough information to put together this game as a posible demonstration to try and promote Wargaming in the country amongst the Ex Pats'
Great looking game, I've been hoping for a new vid for awhile now! The tactical recap at the end was quite nice. Our group has some Peninsula armies in the works, and hope we can play this battle at some point.
That looks like it was great fun Alex, although poor old Mark looked somewhat deflated. I hope he fared better on the replay. Loved the photos at the end. Would love to give it a go but sadly do not have enough figures to tackle this one. Still, might manage some aspect of it like Pakenham's flanking attack. Glad to see you back, keep them coming please.
Have you considered doing DBN in 2mm, with between 3 and 4 blocks of irregular miniatures for each base/brigade? I picked up two complete armies for about £35 and they look surprisingly good when based and painted.....all those individual battalions really makes it look like about 50 thousand troops a side.
This is the second version of this video. The first one had a 'glitch' near to the end. Sorry to those who posted their supportive comments in the first version, please feel free to 'go again' 👍
