Narcissists fear the Dark Empath 

No contact is not a grudge. It is self care

I've developed into a dark empath over decades because Ive gotten so sick of the mine games and manipulation. That was the work of the Narc. They now regret the Super Power THEY created. Ive learned from Masters. Now they all stay away from me. I'm in the drivers seat now. Enter at your own Risk. They created me, now deal with me.

It’s funny you should describe it as “like a switch “ because after years of being in a relationship with the worst sort of narcissistic, I have described it as exactly just that. As if a switch was flipped. And then instantly I was done. No more. I cannot handle any more of this. Some of my friends try to remind me of how many times that I left and came back or let him come back. I don’t know how to explain to them the difference this time. Once that switch flipped, I was done. and I am.

Yes one day I lost it. Everything I kept inside out of the fear of another narcissistic rage. However I stopped myself. I calmly told him to leave before I became like what I hated in him. It was very difficult going no contact but when I did he just got worse.

Thank you for this message. I was taking over where he left off after I went no contact. Couldn’t forget the hurt and shame. Now I won’t let him still control me. It’s my lesson now. A very important lesson one. I almost forgot who I was.

Boom, this is change am undergoing. It kinda bothers me at times, in the spiritual path, we told how we hold a special light inside of us, some might say chosen ones, some might say starseeds, well it kinda bothers me how everything evolves around just cutting off and fleeing from the NPD, sometimes you just don't have that option, and what kind of story has the hero sitting down and letting the random side character doing all the heavy lifting? Who is actually going to do something about it ... if not myself or anyone who time, and time again has had running with these types. Let's face it, we are the best equip for the job. I just can't let sleeping dogs lie no more.

I was so dark but I also know why I was dark in what pushed me to a point of self-preservation mentally emotionally physically but it has also Taken 3 years of prayer meditation forgiveness loving kindness to counteract the dark time😢❤😢❤
