I think Jougan is a rare Otsutsuki eye and I think Boruto has it because both Hagoromo and Hamura gave some of their chakra to Boruto's parents, resulting into a bit of Otsutsuki's chakra and Jougan only in one eye.

Since everyone's railing on you for wrong pronunciations. I'm just gonna say that this was a really well made video and does a great job of showing Naruto's convoluted dojustu. Good Job!

i like byakugan the most, it gives you 360 xray hyper vision, and it lits you see chakra. It also enables moves like 8 trigrams 64palms. I also like it's evolution, the tenseigan.

Me trying to explain Jougan: So Kaguya gave her chakra to her sons. Both sons have equal chakra to Kaguya. Indra and Asura are born and they share Hagoromo's chakra half and half (so both grand children of Kaguya have half her power) so when the brothers chakra is reincarated in new hosts e.g Naruto and Sasuke they end up with an equal Chakra to Kaguya (therefore being able to beat her). Asuras chakra is not lost in Naruto so Naruto still has half of Kaguyas power, keeping this in mind, the Buykugan is a Dojutsu kekkei genkei descended down from Kaguya which appeared in Kaguya and her other son Hamura (who did not manifest sharingan and stuck with the buykugan) who had the buykugan. So both Hinata and Naruto are related to the Otsutsuki via blood and chakra so it makes sense that Boruto can inherit the Jougan as he is closely related to the Otsutsuki (which owned the jougan first) and he has the massive amount of Uzmaki chakra store which means his body can fuel the Jougan. Fun fact about the anime naruto eternal mangekyo sharingan the design of it looks different from its original owner to the next one depending on the one who are already feeling the negative effects of over using their own mangekyo sharingan after getting another owner mangekyo sharingan added to their own mangekyo sharingan there own mangekyo sharingan design with change by combining both of their mangekyo sharingan with each other they will then unlock the eternal mangekyo sharingan also any ability that person who mangekyo sharingan just turned into the eternal mangekyo sharingan does not to need worry about the ability that their original mangekyo sharingan had are still there along with some other new addition abilities as well and if they are lucky enough they might just be able to unlock the rinnegan and the rinnegan sharingan eyes will although they would have to work hard for that too happen to them

He saw that Naruto was popular online, and read information on Narutopedia but never bothered to watch a single episode of it. (Another channel “The Amagi” who originally made Avatar videos and started delving into Naruto videos, got a lot of flak for his Life of Sasuke video.) Or: Someone is typing out information for the videos, and they are paying the same narrator to read it, hence why the narrator is saying so many grammatical errors if you listen closely, and small errors in the text(nothing wrong with that).
