For Talladega Rollercoaster, you need to copy and paste the original track concrete and asphalt grip to Talladega roller coasters cracked concrete and asphalt grip. That should fix the problem.
Monsturd truck rally is a great track for nr2003. Fasturd was the racing series that developed it, was a monster truck style track that you could race. It worked 100% for good racing and qualifying
Your game crashes because you have to disable Object and Car shadows, when you go too high the game has to render shadows too far on the ground and it kills the game engine.
Hahaha, classic NR2003/NR2002! Every time you turn the grip up too high on the tracks, the AI start bouncing around like bouncy balls. It's in the track.ini
