Dang! That looks extremely good. I'm going to have to find a jumbo oyster mushroom cluster now. Or, its almost Morel mushroom hunting season, which should work out very nicely.
that looks so tasty also did not know mayo was not vegan although if i saw this dish like 4 or more years ago i would of felt like puking since i hated mushrooms around then
