Coming from someone who struggled with hormonal acne for a year after getting off birth control you may want to cut out Celsius! They were wreaking havoc on my skin with all the added biotin and B12

I am currently on my skin journey and hormone balancing as well. I’m working with a hormone coach right now and she had me stop taking any supplements that have a lot of biotin and b12 as they are major breakout causers for those of us who struggle with hormonal acne. I also started using the Clearstem skincare products recently and I am loving them. I haven’t tried their supplement yet though. I also love Celsius but they have a LOT of b12 so I would try to just not drink them super often as it could be affecting your skin. We got this girl!!

Hi Rachel! love you and your vids! I wanted to let you know that I used to use the DAE hair mask consistently, and that is when my breakouts were the worst. The Shea Butter in the Conditioner can trigger acne and sometimes if it in your hair, it can end up touching your face. I stopped using it, and my skin improved!

Rachel! Ik at one point you were using the Kosas concealer and I would highlyyy suggest if you’re still using to stop and see how your skin improves. It was breaking me out so bad and once I stopped using, the breakouts stopped!

I hate to say this because it gutted me but I had hormonal acne. I also have pcos. Butttt I cut out processed sugar, mainly my Starbucks order ( sweet cream foam and vanilla ) and I quite literally have no acne. It is so so so hard but it made the world of difference
