I realized for the underactive muscles of the arms falling forward I stated the muscles for if your head were to protrude forward...The underactive muscles for arms falling forward would be your Mid/Lower Traps, Rhomboids and Rotator cuff

Ok, i Memorize this whole video. But when I got to the test today most of it was about what happens if you see the back RT or the neck leaning forward or backward. So if you can make another video about overhead squad assessment and the back arching it would be great. But I still passed thanks to you
