Dr. Nassif, This is by far an exceedingly important and above all honest video regarding rhinoplasty. I am a NYC malpractice attorney. Sadly, the majority of my cosmetic surgery clients seek legal action due to unrealistic expectations. I have always admired your skills and ethics. This video demonstrates the love you have for your patients. It is obvious that the structure of this video was impeccably designed to enable all age groups to make an informed decision prior to committing to surgery. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself. There are so many cosmetic surgeons who seek out our children and take advantage of their youthful insecurities. This is such an important issue. Much love and RESPECT !!!!!!!.
Dr. Paul! you are one of the most amazing Doctors. What would you suggest to someone (WHOSE A singer/performer) who got a nose job, likessss the way it looks.... But is having a harder time breathing & performing?
Excellent video; maybe I missed but I don't think he really mentions how your breathing can be worse than before surgery. I am 4 months post op and breathing worse than before surgery. This, with a double board certified doctor.
Dr what if i did nostril reduction surgery, I mean is that mean that I'm gonna deal with all of those complecations!!!!!! Dr Nassif. I had a septoplasty 3 months ago with turbinate reduction. I had a droopy columella which dr said he would have to trim a bit. Post opp, my tip is so swollen and perforated. Its like the skin is not sitting on the bone. I’m so unhappy. I never wanted any change on my nose. It was purely for breathing issues. My tip was bulbous (i didnt mind) but it is not so traumatised and aggrevated. Its swollen and very little change in 3 months. Its hard, stiff and softens a little during day but stiff again on and off all day. Plz help. The swelling has carved a V shape on my tip. The sides (lower lateral cartilage) is hard as nails and not calming down. I dont know what to do. Im in Doha and its not great here
Then you wonder... WTF should i even have surgery? Is it really worth it??? Maybe if ur nose had an accident and really needs to be fixed.... I had rhinoplasty 6 months ago and i regret it sooooooo much :( ... Why???? Cause of this long f....g healing process and all the risk that YES! Can happen to you!!
