The QB position has changed a lot over the years. QBs are no longer “statue” pocket passers. They’re now just as athletic & electric as running backs. Mike Vick revolutionized the position & made some of the most amazing plays running the ball as well as throwing. It was something new. Now players like Lamar Jackson, Kyler Murray & other electric playmakers can now play QB and show off their elite athleticism with their nasty jukes & track speed. NDSU QB Trey Lance became a legitimate NFL Draft prospect as a dual-threat playmaker & may not have gotten that chance if not for Vick.
