#news #prison #daybell Nate Eaton visits the Idaho Maximum Security Prison where Chad Daybell is being housed following his conviction and sentencing. Watch the video in the player above.
Death penalty always requires an appeal. Daybell will not live another sentence as a free man. I hope his sufferings are greater than all the horror experienced by Tammy, JJ, and Tylee.
The justice system is not perfect, and the appeals process is a necessary part of that. Most appeals are not successful because usually the courts get it right, but there are many wrongly convicted people that were exonerated and freed ONLY because they had appeals. Let that sink in.
What is the point of giving the death penalty if they are going to be there for decades? It's basically just life in pridon in solitary confinement. It should not take so long for families of victims to get justice.
Wow thanks Nate😮, I am glad he is where he belongs. Too bad Lory didn’t get that . I am sure she is doing hair and acting like nothing , like if she did nothing wrong .
I totally agree! She is happily interacting and living in her delusion without worry, threat or regret. It's 100% Unjust that she keeps getting away without even the possibility of the death penalty. As a society, we feel that's what she deserves, so where is the justice!?
As a woman who has a double chin if I'm even 10 lbs overweight (weak chin), I really get tired of the chin jokes. Chad's character has nothing to do with that. Body shaming is old-school.
Nate thank you for all you do keeping us up-to-date on all that's happening with Chad now that he is convicted and where he will be! Nate you are the greatest journalist that I have followed, you are thoughtful with all you report on and the way you report it! Love ❤❤❤to you and your family from AKRON, OHIO 😊😊😊
He enjoyed the deep cavity search a little too much. It stirred up his loin fire. Now he can’t wait to go play with his storm in the privacy of his own little cell.
Nate, just something to think about... with your high level of interest in criminal investigations, you might consider taking a Criminal Justice class where it's "required" that students tour prisons as part of their curriculum. In my Corrections class, we toured our Death Row at our only Super Max in Arkansas. One of the West Memphis 3 was there when i toured. He has since been released. Interesting story on them. But, if you think you would like to tour the inside of all levels of prisons, you might consider taking a Corrections Class or whatever your local college offers. Then you can report back to us on your experience from "inside prison."
This is why I wanted him in general population. He literally gets to be by himself and doesn’t have to worry about all of the other people. It’s just not right.
Omg.. why did I think the headline was saying "Nate Eaton goes to prison" and my mind thought you got arrested for a second! I was thinking Justin Timberlake and now Nate! 😆. Glad all is well.
I can’t help but think that all of the time alone is going to lead Chad into more delusional behavior. He is going to go down a martyr in his own mind.
Shocking that continued tax payers money used, to house/feed/clothe/medical treatment for these condemned criminals.... Once proven your guilty, you forfeit all rights, is how it should be.
@@loveforeignaccents Pretty cruel and unusual for Tylee, JJ, and Tammy don’t you think? I do understand what you are saying, but I think sitting on death row for decades to also cruel and unusual punishment for the families of the victims. Something needs to change about the way the process is carried out.
@@amberapp417 Yes, of course it was, but that's why he was charged with and convicted of those crimes and sentenced to death. I don't think anyone really minds that he is in solitary confinement 23 hours a day, never to harm another soul for as long as he lives. If I were those families, I would be more upset that Lori couldn't get the DP and so therefore no solitary confinement.
@loveforeignaccents as a society, we have a right to be upset about both at the same time. Taxes should not be used to feed, clothe, house him, and take care of his medical needs for decades. Lori should not be able to escape the death penalty. If society was running the justice system instead of governments and businesses the justice system would be much more just
@@Eyes.WideOpen If taxes weren't used for that, how else would it be paid for? Would you rather have no more prisoners or prisons/jails? And it was the prosecution's fault that the DP was taken off the table for Lori.
So interesting! Thank you. A pretty small inmate population so it must be well managed. I am guessing that Chad doesn’t fit too well in with the guys pictured. The one guy: 1986!!!
In this country we really need to "speed up" the appeals process for inmates who have had their day in court and have been found guilty by a jury of their peers... Don't worry no chance in hell that Chad Daybell is going to make an escape attempt.
That Smugshot! It truly shows how unhinged this man really is... *the **_crazy_** screams out in that photo!* His serial kiIIer name should be *_The Smug Slug!_*
I don't think I could watch their end but not judging anyone who wishes/needs to be present for closure. Just wondering how you would recover mentally. Rest in Peace to all their victims 🙏
A benfit to the long, long DR process is that Chad can't create a cult in gen pop. I am sure he would have relished being able to create another crazy flock of followers. Not for chad.)
Sadly, this is what most writers dream of, their own room and oodles of time in which to write (speaking as a writer myself). But will Chad have paper or any device on which to write? And can anything he writes be sent to others inside or outside the prison? (I hope not!)
I would hope not. Daybell has had his days of notoriety. He's been convicted and sentenced to death. No more attention or spotlight should be given to him.
I work for the DOC (not Idaho) and I see a lot of mug shots where the person is smiling. It’s even more disturbing when they’re in for child molestation or murder.
But…. we can’t allow him to remain in society. I venture to say a collection could be taken up - from the public - to cover the state’s expenses to keep Chad incarcerated for as long as it takes!
I'm not from Idaho, I just subscribed for the Secret Santa videos. So it was pretty weird to see this guy going over all the death row inmates. Quite jarring.
Its ridiiculous how long it takes to put someone to death. Theres no reason once they are convicted! These ppl cost america millions of dollors every minute they are allowed to live. And why are they allowed to live when their victims arent, plus all the family members whos lives were destroyed as well.
