I do think it’s beautiful and as someone with epilepsy I do appreciate the soundproofing and blackouts. People won’t know how important that is. But honestly walking into the main space, they said how safe it looked and I just saw how dangerous it looked. I kept thinking of how many things I would hit and how their were no soft rugs lol. I have plush rugs on my hardwood and as little excess as possible. So no freestanding lamps etc. This space didn’t make my anxiety feel better lol. It’s beautiful but I would remove 1/3 of it lol and add a whole bunch of softness to feel truly safe.

This is very pretty. I love the use of blue in the rooms.

Because there is no way to ethically spend that much on a rug if the bill is primarily being footed by the couple. Let me get this straight so with a 70k budget you spent $14,500 on bedroom DRAPES?!?! Wtf that’s ludicrous and there’s nothing spectacular about them. Just looking at them I’d guess $300 tops. Such a stupid way to spend that money. Home is very pretty and well done but I call BS on the drape cost!
