Thanks for watching and taking part in this adventure along with me. In the future I will be tackling more projects that require traveling and locations of this caliber .I feel like its what Ive always wanted to do and some subject matters deserve a little extra time and effort . If you enjoyed this video please give it a thumbs up and a share on social media to spread the word. For those who'd like to go a step further and support with crowd funding to help put buffer the large costs of rental cars, flights and gas that can be done so at patreon.com/adamthewoo or by picking up a sweet T shirt at www.adamthewoo.spreadshirt.com . This was an undertaking I can say I am very proud of and hope you enjoy the finished product. +The Carpetbagger I feel like my life was somehow slightly inspired by Clark Griswold . Roadside attractions because something I wanted to see as a youth because of this film
Coincidentally, I too have been accused of being a Clark Griswold, but more of the Christmas Vacation version when it comes to my family life. Jacob, I am assuming you have a bit of that as well.

I've stayed at Riverbind Resort many time. We were actually watching the movie on a ski trip and were AT Riverbind when we were like "wait a second!?!?! That's here!
Agreed, I live close to cousin Eddies house and never knew that was the house every time I go to Pueblo, I can see house off of highway and think of one of my favorite childhood movies

Hey there, stranger!! It’s a pleasure having another video from you. Especially one like this!! Thanks for this lovely experience of one of my favorite movies. ❤️ I loved your truckster!!
It’s crazy how almost 40 years has passed and damn near nothing changed. Including the color of cousin Eddys house. The sand mounds that look like mountains blew my mind. Amazing vid.
Adam, I just have to tell you- I have never watched any RU-vid video more than once before this one. I've now watched this three times since you uploaded it yesterday. I can not even begin to imagine the amount of hours you put in to researching and planning for this video. Your attention to detail and obvious love for the filming process does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you- thank you for sharing your adventures with all of us! I hope you will be using the new theme song moving forward!
Can’t even tell you how much I loved this vlog you did! So masterful and amazing to know all the exact spots. I salute you to showing us one of the greatest movies out there and where it was all filmed
This way so worth the wait! One of the best comedy movies of all time. We missed you and you didn't let us down! You did such an amazing job with this!! Thank you so much. We look forward to your next project
Most enjoyable. I’m going to post this on my personal Facebook feed and coaster pages for my coaster friends and other fellow coaster enthusiasts. This has always been our beloved cult movie. LOL. Thanks Adam!
Right on! You did a fantastic video. I always wanted to know where, how and what happened to make movies. You found these interesting places and stories. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. Side note, WE MISSED YOU. Come back for more and more and more.
Don't mind me. Just stopped by Aug 10, 2022 for another watch! I loved this vlog the first time I saw it 3 years ago, and it still holds up today. 🎵🎶🎙Adam the Woooo ooo ooo ooo oh ooh oooh 🎙🎶🎵
I'm five years late but this was so well done, I didn't know until the end. This was awesome! Great to see one of my favorite movies come to life! Thank you for all of the time and effort put into this!
At 16:38 it shows where I used to work cleaning rooms. I remember when I got hired the owners mentioned that was one of the filming locations for this movie. I was told it took about 10 days to film that scene in Pueblo, CO.
You went through Missouri? Omg. What I would have given to run into you. If you ever come back out this away...Saint Charles Missouri has a nice hidden gem Fried Chicken restaurant. Unlike any fried chicken you've ever eaten. One of a kind recipe. Its called King Edwards Chicken. Youd love it. I hope to meet you someday. Stay awesome Adam!
As a fan of all the Vacation movies this was awesome to see, the then and now shots side by side really helped. Thanks for sharing and taking the time to visit and put this together.
When I was younger my family went to Colorado every year for vacation. I remember this place in Colorado. So many memories, wish I would have appreciated the time together back then. COLORADO is beautiful.
Adam - This is still one of your Best Videos. Just spent several days in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon recreating scenes from Vacation. You did such a great job… and a cover version of the song- outstanding
