The NATO commander believes that Russia is planning to target NATO's communication ability by attacking undersea internet cables. Underwater cables are used to transmit 95% of the world's data. They are the reason the internet functions. An attack on this infrastructure can slow down communications. But can they be stopped altogether? They said Chechnya had attacked Russia when it was Russia that set the attack up in the early 2000s. They used the fake attack as an excuse to send soldiers to Chechnya. They started this war with Ukraine through lies. Russia lies. Hell dont you know how they gained Siberia? Russia used its own soldiers undercover as 3rd party and then it promised Siberia help if Siberia joined Russia. It literally tricked the native siberians into joining Russia. It’s a classic Russian playbook. Do something horrible and use it to blame someone else and attack someone else. Blow up the oil pipe and then tell the people of Russia that it was the evil west. Then uneducated Russians who have no access to anything but government tv, will see us as evil believing we blew up the pipe and cut Europe off from Russia. Believing we are trying to carve the world up.

NorthStreams DISTRACTION was done by professionals not amateurs and required very expensive equipment, "Know - how", and "Opportunity" because was done on others countries territories for long time.
