Treatment with two applications of permethrin with a one week interval was effective in 96.9% of patients. You need a doctor's prescription to get the kind for humans.

I tried many different sulfur soaps and none have ever smelled like rotten eggs.

Sadly, in some soaps, that is accurate. We use a volcanic sulfur and the lavender really helps to tone down the sulfur smell.

I thought that it smells like gunpowder.

Hi Kyle I agree that permethrin CAN be effective for some strains of scabies but because of Pesticide Resistance Mutation (PRM) they become more and more resistant to treatment every month that goes by. I have had patients catch it twice in a year and the first time worked and the second time was an endless nightmare. This PRM is happening to bed bugs and lice also making "Super Lice" and "Super Bed Bugs" as well as "Super Scabies." That said increasing dosages etc of permethrin I'm sure would make a dent however as a homeopath I can't consciously condone it, but people do it every day. My biggest concern is what those dosages do to the body in the form of all of the research done on its harmful effects to the body. I read where people in comments below argue the hype about permethrin is BS. Well I have first-hand experience with people who have megadosed permethrin and now have significant neurological disorders that mimic Parkinson's disease from doing it. Seeing is believing. the resaerch is there that it is harmful to your body! Please beware of the potential outcome regardless what people say. Please everyone use common sense and do your homework. If you look at the instructions on permethrin insecticide for the garden, it says to avoid getting it on your skin andd if you get any on your skin, to wash it off immediately..or something to that affect. (read a long time ago). Pyrethrins are natural and non toxic but you can't get them in a form to use on humans. Just on cats, to wear on their fur, and leave on, gets in to their blood stream so if flea bites cat, the pyrethin in their blood, kills the flea...however due to overuse that is becoming less effective also for cats.

Too many applications can cause cancer thats all he is trying to warn. He isn't saying you will get it rite away. It could take decades.

Ivermectin for horses is $6 at Tractor supply. Will cure them. There are RU-vid videos that explain the dosing.

@@keith_dixon took 4 of those plus a whole tube at once no luck. Now I just ate a whole dangerous tube of Moxidectin. My body I think doesn’t process medicine so I will have them for life

I’m not sure if im completely cured but what used to help me is liquid ivermectin from Amazon, scabiesblast also purchased on Amazon, 36percent permethrin you have to be super careful with because it strong.. Again I’m not sure if I’m completely cured but I’m doing much better from when I first got it 5years ago..

My advice is, I woul buy some sulfur powder, teatree oil, lavender, and peppermint. Mix it with some lotion, and apply daily until you feel as though they are gone. Just look up home remedies on youtube!

@@javierp261 I ordered naturasil, and then I ordered a big bag of sulfur, teatree oil, lavender, and added it to lotion. I watch videos, and look up remedies also. They mostly say the same thing. So I said I will make my own. I believe we may also have bird mites also. But we also bought a big bag of baking soda. Gets rid of bedbugs, and maybe help with other mites, or what have you. We're trying any and everything. Sprawl sulfur, and baking soda on the floor. Look up banking soda and bedbugs. There's a lot on youtube!!

Cheers for this, been searching for "household cures for scabies" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Norahan Stopping Scabies Process - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

doctors say scabies can only live off the body for 72 hours tops. which is not always the case. in the event they get into your mattress they can live much longer by feeding off the build up of dead skin cells trapped in the mattress. you have to put a rubber sheet over all mattresses for up to 3 weeks to insure none survive. also reinfection is common because its far more contagious than we are being told and takes up to a month sometimes longer to show signs. so you can infect family and friends and have no clue for up to 6 weeks and just keep passing it back and forth.

How much ivermectin? We did our first dose yesterday and we have another in 2 weeks !!! Also gonna us ethe topical cream as well. This is awful. I told the doctor what I had she said it was flea bites no one believed me. So finally 3 months later and here we are . Did permethrin cream twice 2 was apart. The 2nd treatment we got bites in the next few days . Now on the tablets.

I used Apple cider vinegar and just threw it all over my self it will itch like crazy but Don't scratch let it sit and keep repeating. But go to Dr to get treated I'm on my 4th treatment of permethrin cream of had if for 2 almost 3months now. 1st Dr I went to said it was heat rash then tried to pin it on allergies, even diabetes 🙃😞 if been to 4 -5 Drs. urgent care. After the treatment with the cream new ones kept coming out, so I bought bed bug spray the gallon jug and sprayed everything and wiped with Lysol wipes the bed bug spray doesn't have a strong order so far iv been sleeping on the floor and moping with bleach 3+ times a day

I'm in the same boat, and I'm tired of physicians saying you can't see them with the naked eye! Infact, these damned things grow and I have dislodged them out of my skin using petroleum jelly or oil for 5 years!

It seems Copaiba soap is really irritating the bugs and making my body to expel them, but I still using other different treatments. Ivermectin 12mg once each two weeks. Aroeira(pink pepper) soap. Aloe Vera and vinegar. Soap with powder sulphur. Benzyl benzoate soap once a week. Sometimes all medicines at the same time. And I let them on my body for hours. I like to wet the soaps with a little bit of water on my hands to create a foam, and then apply it all over my body. I'm completely paranoid about this stuff. I putting my clothes in bags, and burning my socks and underwear using my lighter.
