Be sure to look up dosages for this tea. It can be toxic if you take too much and affect your kidneys. If you have kidney problems you should talk to a doctor for sure before using! ❤
I love soursop! It’s a bit of a fruit salad taste to me. A close second to Rollinia. But they’re very marginal here, though I have a seedling doing well, so I’m hopeful. Good to know about sleep making properties. I’ve been battling insomnia for last few months so will try it with a couple of leaves. Hope you’re sleeping better.

The tree is called Graviola tree. The fruit is called many names. Best to self pollinate the flowers by hand with a small brush. You will get more fruits.
Soursop Seeds spout fairly easily if you live in a warm humid climate. Normal sprouting techniques will work. Or just throw them all in a pot cover with soil and wait for them to sprout. Pick the fastest strongest shoots to grow on.

I always say everything in moderation. I would do 1 cup per day for a detox of 7 days. But try for 3 days in a row first, and see how your body reacts :)
I purchased graviola syrup from Whole World Botanicals (USA) and have mixed it w a clean source of zeolite powder and water before bed and I have been sleeping better. Zeolites absorb toxins, etc. Many medicinal properties, anti parasitic, and much more and helpful for liver and gallbladder flow. All organs and body systems-domino effect.
