After all these years Tammy, I still learn new tips and techniques from you! I was in Sams the other day and passed by the hearing aides and thought that I needed to stop in and look for yours. Then I remembered that I do not need them. Now with that being said, if I could just get Jim in there lol…I did tell him about yours and even showed that portion of your video to him and he still said no…go figure😖. I will say though that I can get by with a lot…I’ll do something or buy something and if he questions it (which is rare), I say, “well I did tell you”. Love this video…patti 🌸🌿

So glad that you talked about your hearing aids. My husband is extremely hard of hearing. He has been wearing hearing aid for a few years now, from Costco, since we found out their hearing aids are TOP OF THE LINE! We heard about how reasonable their hearing are, I studied to understand how they could sell there’s so inexpensively. It is because they have so many hearing aid buyers they have tremendous buying powers. We no longer spend $5,000.00/$6,000.00 for a set. It has improved our communication tremendously. So glad you address this for women. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I would love for you to do two workout videos, an upper one and a lower one. Just do one set per exercise. We can pause it to do the extra sets. Hi Tammy, I wanted to share my eyebrow secret with you. I pick up the men’s mustache and beard boxes from Dollar Tree. I purchased both the black and brown ones. I mix a small amount of each one. I use a small cosmetic brush and apply gently over my eyebrows. I wait 10 minutes and firmly remove with a paper towel. My hair is platinum white, and the colors just really look good on my complexion. I do this about every six to seven weeks. FYI, I reseal the packet with a large clippy They supply me with months of applications!

My problem areas are arms and belly (I work in corporate America when you sit for hours). I’ve always had a flat stomach until my mid 50’s when I got this high stress job in 2009. Now I’m 64 (retiring in 10 months) and have a belly I can’t get rid up. I walk a lot 1k-14k a day) but it’s not helping my stomach…beyond frustrated. Love all your videos because everything you say is something most of us ladies can relate to. Thank you!

Love the summer look- definitely giving it a try. Would love an actual routine that you do for work out, can always pause for the sets to be repeated and then pick back up for the next. Guessing you switch between arms, back, legs and core so you may have multiple routines - any and all appreciated!

Tammy, something really important when making starter… it has to pick up the organisms in your environment. If your kitchen is too sanitary and you use antibacterial cleaners or products that have chemicals to clean or mop the starter won’t grow well. Hope this helps. ❣️

You just continue to get more beautiful! I’m blond, blue eyed and fair complected, (59yo). I am usually makeup free, just skin care. Without mascara and lash tint I am faceless, no framework! I use the 1000HOUR Lash and Brow tint from Amazon and have for years. I change the color depending on my sun exposure and season. It’s fabulous! I’d love to see your workout videos in sections-chest, back, biceps…shoulders, triceps…legs. One set is good and we can hit the pause or rewind buttons as necessary.😊

Thoughts on workout video. I would like to see videos by body parts (arms, legs, core/glutes). I would like to do them alongside you. Just do one set and then we can repeat. Also, thanks for doing the makeup video. I love that look on you and will try it for me. I love how open you are to sharing everything with all of us, (hearing aides, thinking brows, creepy skin). We all have to deal with this stuff and help each other age with grace and beauty.

Had to laugh the other day at a family picnic, my nephew shouted “Aunt Kris are you lifting weights”. I wanted to share something with your audience: for anyone suffering from dry, itchy, red scalp like me, which has been progressively worsening since menopause, you might want to try baby shampoo, tear-free hypoallergenic baby shampoo. I am happy to report that it's improving my scalp symptoms. I can still use my other products, like my conditioner, mask, and mousse, thankfully, but the shampoo switch is working! ❤

I just got Tintinitus about 6 weeks ago, I have an appointment with an ENT but I know they can’t do anything for it, my husband has suffered with it for the past 2 years and they couldn’t help him. How do you deal with the quiet times? I’m trying a fan noise on my iPad at night to help me not listen to the noise in my left ear. I’ve worn ear plugs for over 20 years cause of the snoring from hubby, now I can’t wear them and it’s been really difficult to adjust.🙏🏻❤️

I'm going to keep your hearing aids in mind for anyone who may need them. I like how they are hardly noticeable, but fit and work well for you. I really need help with my arms. Specifically, the back of my arm from the elbow to armpit area and oddly the side of my arm a couple of inches above the elbow-it isn't tight anymore. Plus, abdominal exercises-lower and upper abdomen, along with tightening the sides & inner thighs. The home video is great because that's where I work out. Showing just one set works great for me. I appreciate all the effort you have put into sharing your knowledge with us older women. I've started doing a few of your exercises, and would appreciate more. Thank you so much for being a positive light at there for us!

I so loved this video! Your minimal makeup is stunning! Your hair is gorgeous! And thank you for bringing to light that hearing aids are not for "old" people! My son wears them and he is young! He was a pilot in the war and had hearing damage due to that. He wears them proudly! I will be looking for the video on them. One thing I hope you can answer, even if it is a private comment/email/fb message, etc., I had a bad hair experience in April. I have found a new hair person and she fixed the mess as best as she could and will continue to strive to get my hair back to the way it used to be. I'm just sick over it. Since you are a cosmetologist with lovely, healthy long hair and you used to be blonde, I would greatly value your suggestions to get my hair to grow, again and to be healthy. Hi Tammy. I prefer a workout video where you demonstrate the exercise for a body part (1x), and then I can pause the video, do the exercise, and then resume the video to watch an exercise for the next body part.

You will get the hang of sourdough and the starter. Just don’t give up. It is so worth it! Although right now I’m having to do a totally grain free dairy, free, sugar-free etc. etc. auto immune protocol elimination thing for several weeks… I dream of a piece of my crusty yummy sourdough smeared with New Zealand buttah! Farmhouse on Boone channel has been one of my favorites for years because she makes it all so simple. You will read and find a gazillion ways to make sourdough and you just have to find the right one that works for you. I noticed you were speaking lower in your videos recently, and that was a clue that you must have had a hearing issue before. I’m so glad you found your hearing aids like my husband did. I also use casting oil mixed with my options & potions. We always used castor oil in Germany. I still remember it from my childhood. I use straight castor oil on my crows feet after my eye serum and I am happy to say. I don't have crows feet.

One thing my derma recommended, is to use a good moisturizer on arms, then quick put castor on TOP of it to seal the moisturizer in…. It’s kind of sticky (it’ll dissipate) so either wear no sleeves or a shirt that doesn’t matter much…. Love ya girl!
