I'm not an expert but avoiding styles that pull on your edges combined with men's alopecia products (they're stronger, and usually cheaper, *cough cough* pink tax *cough cough* 😒) helps them recover over time ❤️
I've been natural over 10 years and flat twist is something I've never accomplished. If I could flat twist and or do cornrows I would be tearing the game up.
