I know it’s fall/winter season there right now but how hot do the sping and summer get? Generally, it’s rare to get above 35 degrees in Summer :) our warmer months are very tolerable, unlike Australia haha I’d recommend visiting in early Autumn!! The weather is very settled and you get all the pretty colours!

You make me want to travel to NZ so badly!!! This was beautiful. Great editing too. I have a question that’s perhaps more suited to next time you do a q&a. You mentioned school holidays. I know your seasons are opposite mine (US based here), but during your winter is the break you’re referring to what would be our Summer Break? A 2 1/2-3 month break from school. Or was it a holiday in NZ? Sorry if this is dumb or confusing!

No all good!! Our winter break for school holidays is just 2 weeks. NZs big summer break happens over Xmas and New Years and that is about 8 weeks!

The hot tub will take a lot longer to heat when it's cold. Even when it's warm it probably takes longer, I think they lied to you. They should have filled it and started it before you got there
