Dwellingup in winter when there is nobody about it a pretty good place. Love seeing the Currawongs there. Craftly buggers could steal the eye out of a needle, so you need to lock up your food and shiny stuff 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ahhh Matt, it’s been a shit week and just sat down on a Friday night with a whiskey and watched the most relaxing episode, the sounds of everything were perfect, you lucky bastard, big thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
As much as I dislike drones I cant fault good footage and you really captured the falls and adjoining landscape with well timed Hotham Valley train which made brilliant viewing also love the piano really complemented the footage. You always find some lovely spots. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Loved that drone footage of the old steam train mate brilliant. Beautiful peaceful camp spot and cool little water fall, reminded me of a spot I used to stop at one my way home from work as a teenager. Good job picking up the rubbish too mate.
Best time to go for a weekend or week into the bush or never never! I bet it is a better set up with the roof top now…. More comfort and ease to set up
Great video Matt. It's stunning bush out there. Seeing you eating out of a gamelle, that brought back memories. I've eaten plenty of times out of one of those when I was in the army. lol
Dude love your vids. I'll be back in WA after 3 years overseas deployment. I can't wait to get the XY overlander out to some of the spots I've seen following your channel..
Great vid mate how good are the falls when that waters pumping very cool that you got the old Hotham on the drone to mate were pretty lucky to have this all on our doorstep aren't we
@@westralianoffroad If in doubt it always pays to get them tappets adjusted, especially if you haven't done them in a few years. Though I've never done them on a TD42 myself, I understand that they're a screw and nut arrangement (most bucket and shim arrangements are a pain in arse to do at home without having an assortment of shims), so they shouldn't be too difficult to do yourself... or too expensive if you get a mechanic to do them.
It seems that we have a very similar approach to me with 4wd/camping mate. Have you ever looked at gathering some fatwood from the Pine trees when you're camping? Thanks for the video.
I’ll add to the list of people who like limited dialogue. I’m a bit over loquacious amateurs saying “guys” at the start of every uninformed sentence! Anyway, I really appreciate your episodes and this one is a beauty. Thanks 🙏🏾
Cheers mate, that's the same company that I could find, a couple of months is rough.. how's the build quality? If it's built well I might have to bite the bullet and wait it out
Appreciate the feedback and the reply too, cheers. I'm wanting a spare wheel bin bag from pm canvas too so I might even get them to make a maxtrax holder up, seen them do it before, but just thought the spare wheel mount is a good use of dead space and surely easier to put a lock on to keep them safe
